Fox Hotel Jimbaran Beach

De kamers zijn groot, de vloer en de badkamer kunnen schoner zijn. Ontbijt was goed en had veel opties, ze maken schoon en blijven eten toevoegen. Twee espressomachines waar u uw eigen cappuccino kunt maken. Maar veel mensen weten niet hoe het werkt. Het hoogtepunt van het hotel is het zwembad op het dak met een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Er zijn niet veel parasols en mensen laten hun gebruikte handdoeken op de bedden liggen, maar komen niet meer terug. Kan door het personeel worden meegenomen. Wij raden het restaurant op het dak aan. Vaak slechts één persoon bij de receptie. Dat was oké, maar geen hulp bij bagage, geen welkomstdrankjes of service om je naar de kamer te brengen. Laat uitchecken is duur, maar we konden de bagage bij de receptie achterlaten. Geen afgesloten ruimte voor de bagage. Net naast de bureaus bij de receptie, zodat we op elk moment een tas konden uitkiezen. Maar anderen misschien ook. Niemand controleert. Dicht bij het strand, maar we raden het niet aan. Veel plastic op het strand en in de zee. Neem liever een greep naar het strand van Malesti. 35 min, maar schoon, mooi en mogelijkheid om 's middags te snorkelen als het tij laag is.

Dit hotel was echt niet slecht, maar ik zou ook niet zeggen dat het goed was. Het zwembad en de bar op het dak zijn echt heel erg leuk. Onze kamer had echter veel problemen met de stroom en we konden onze lichten op een van de ochtenden niet aandoen. Het personeel is aardig en de kamers zelf zijn schoon. Het is goed voor de prijs die je betaalt, maar weet gewoon dat het niets geweldigs is

Aangenaam verblijf, zou terugkomen Pluspunten: -Op loopafstand van het strand van Jimbaran. Ik heb een recensie gelezen waarin stond dat het strand van Jimbaran vies is, maar het strand blijkt schoon en mooi te zijn. -Veel restaurants dichtbij. -Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. -Ruime kamer Nadelen: -Wil je een spa voor koppels hebben, maar slechts 1 masseur van dienst? -Reinheid kan worden verbeterd (afdichtmiddel rond het bad is zwart geworden)

The staff was fantastic, I loved the attention and the atmosphere. The area is the best in Jimbaran, the beach is nice and perfect for children! Also I can recommend the Warung Lima across the street, it's brand new and local dishes there are fantastic!!! Wish to come back the other day

Good location close to the beach (around 5 min walk). Very nice swimming pool. Good view from swimming pool. Western/asian breakfast.

I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, the gym was good and the infinity pool was great. Ideally located, you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset or you can go to the rooftop bar and enjoy the beautiful views after a long day of touring. Whether you travel alone or with family, this is the hotel for you. They have laundry service, floating breakfast, and the bartenders make some delicious cocktails

The best swimming pool with really beautiful sunsets , nice bar by the pool and downstairs live music in weekends ,

We rarely leave negative reviews unless we get treated like sh*t. In a nutshell, our stay at Fox hotel on Dec 30, 2023 was nothing but a nightmare! The room card given to us by the front desk didn’t work to begin with. It took the staff several rounds of trying to fix the bug before they finally reactivated the room card (while we were essentially hung up to dry in the hallway like a piece of rag). We switched on the air-conditioner and went straight to the rooftop pool. On our way back to our room (room 122), we were shellshocked to find another pool—smaller in size though―right there on the floor: the air-con was leaking water like a shower. We immediately requested another room and the hotel management complied with our demand upon inspection. While we were busy packing our stuff, the front desk lady (who went by the name of Cepara or something close to that) hit us up. Without uttering a single word of apology, she asked us whether we had decided to stay in room 122 or move to our new room (room 108). Her tone was menacing and her words, unapologetic. She seemed to have forgotten that the hotel, not us, was the culprit of all the inconvenience we had to endure! Understandably, we got mad at her and went down to the front desk to let her know about our unhappiness. However, this lady gave us a blank stare and kept asking us “what do you want”? Unbelievable! We didn’t want to play chicken with her and thus suppressed our anger and went away. Yet, our nightmare hadn’t ended. That night, we couldn’t fall asleep until 1am because of the noise from some kids partying in the neighbouring room. The walls were not sound proof at all. There was actually a skinny wooden door linking our room and the room where those partying kids were staying. Anyway, giving this hotel a 1 point would be overrating!
