Positief:
De mensen waren aardig en erg behulpzaam
Negatief:
Erg vies zowel op de kamer als het gehele hotel, nooit geen onderhoud gepleegt, zwemwater wordt niet gezuiverd. 2x een rat gezien, 1x op de 2e verdieping en de andere keer bij het ontbijt.
Zéér negatief over dit hotel en prijs niet waardig.
P.s. hygiëne had ik op 1 gezet maar moet dus 0 zijn.

Het hotel moet worden gerepareerd, laat staan dat de sportschool moet worden gerenoveerd. Het gereedschap is roestig 🥺

Dit is de eerste keer dat ik een slechte recensie geef, en het is ook het slechtste hotel waar we ooit in hebben verbleven. Er liggen twee rattenkeutels op het bed, de kraan is roestig en de hele kamer ruikt naar schimmel! De airconditioner kraakte als een tractor en klopte uiteindelijk twee keer, en hij ging in staking! Het ontbijt is niet goed, en er zijn veel vliegen! Het overloopzwembad en de fitnessruimte zijn allemaal kapot en gesloten! Het zwembad op de eerste verdieping is vies, bijna niemand zwemt erin! Ik heb aangevraagd om uit te checken, maar ik kan niet annuleren

Not a good choice for honeymoon couples. The rooms are good but the toilet are not clean. The shower, handwash area are extremely rusty. Not a 5 star hotel at all.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

The staff are nice and the breakfast is quite good. Location wise, it's in Nusa Dua but far away from any attractions or nice restaurants. The biggest problem is the cleanliness. This place is ABSOLUTELY filthy :(
We complained and they upgraded our room, but even the new room was dirty. I'll never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone!

Hotel is located in a strategic location in Nusa Dua and nearby the airport. Breakfast menu is good and staff are all very friendly. Hope to book this hotel again. The pool was nice, loved our stay.

Love everything about this hotel. View from our corridor is just amazing. Breakfast is also great with multiple choices. Recommend totally!! Visited rooftop. Got closed pool but can see amazing scenery from there.

Big hotel. Spacious room, but very dirty. We have to asked them to clean again. There’s jacuzzi but the water very very cold.
There’s also rooftop pool, i swim there while watching sunset so beautiful and peaceful.
The breakfast is so so, limited choices but the taste is pretty good
