Briljante service en klantvriendelijkheid. Erg schoon en erg goede voorzieningen en gelegen op prima locatie waar alles bereikbaar is. Ondanks in redelijk druk gedeelte van Bali is het op het resort erg rustig en heb je geen last van omgeving. Premier room geboekt maar bij aankomst gratis upgrade gekregen naar premier suite omdat reguliere premier kamers vol geboekt waren. Wij komen hier zeker weer terug.

Een prachtig hotel voor een paar dagen kuta. Het ontbijt en de kamers waren geweldig. Zwembad net voor de deur voelde heel goed.

在峇里島待了半個月，這是最差的酒店，沒有之一。這個酒店的房間有好幾麪都環繞着別人家的水泥建築物，毫無視野可言，游泳池不大，水深也全都衹有1.2米，這不是游泳池，這是池塘，海灘也不好，總之，完全不像一個度假酒店。如果看中商業區和離機場近，我很推薦，旁邊的卡緹卡發現廣場酒店，服務好，房間的view不錯，院子不錯，游泳池也比較大比較深，房間稍微舊一點，但誰會整天待在房間呢

Very poor WIFI service, they should invest on a better one.Long wait when we ordered for drinks in their resto, the sands and it was even not busy at that time. There were holes on the sheets and pillows and they stink 🤮 our room was near the reception and it was noisy😞 but good hotel location although busy and crowded

We stayed here for 2 nights, if we have more days in Bali, will definitely want to stay longer.
The choice of food in Breakfast buffet was so wide, Western/Japanese/Balinese/Indonesian/Chinese, everything you have in mind, you could find! Usually you will have some disappointment while trying new food but I didn't have any this time, all food I had was tasty indeed!
The beach behind the resort is so beautiful during sunset and actually the resort is located almost the end of the beach, so you can enjoy the silence and romantic sunset.
I appreciate how thoughtful the resort is, the music they played everyday was so calming, it's so good for a city escape.
The stuff are all very friendly and polite, even for those who was cleaning the pool, who was passing by the corridor, they all greet you with a warm smile!
We put some tips in room for the cleaning service, but the money was not taken.

We missed our flight and had a last minutes check in to this hotel. Everything was excellent and I wish I could stay longer. The breakfast was the best among all the hotels that I had stay in Bali so far during my trip.

Very good and fantastic resort. Lots of facilities eg. Pools, gym, cycling and superb staffs. The buffet breakfast is excellent and consists of different types of cuisine.

Best hotel experience ever ! Food 10/10 service 10/10 rooms 10/10 music 10/10 . The only downside is the beach which is very dirty and there’s litter everywhere

We are so impressed with this hotel! We had an amazing stay here.
We booked for a week and ended up doing almost none of our day trips because it was just so nice to stay at the resort.
Their staff is friendly, helpful and always available to your every need.
Breakfast was delicious with food options from all over the world.
They also stole my heart with the biggest cappuccino Ive ever seen.
The pool service was also great and they have two good restaurants to choose from. The hotel always had little treats like fruit sticks next to the pool, refreshing drinks and sweet delights every evening in our room. These treats were cost free as was the mini bar in the room. The minibar was restocked daily with drinks and snacks.
We also went to the spa which was reasonably priced and relaxing.
What impressed me the most was the check out lounge. Our flight was scheduled for the evening of our checkout date. We could still use all the facilities during the day and the checkout lounge has fully equipped bathrooms with showers and all necessary amenities.
I appreciated the fresh shower before the flight.
We will definitely be back.
