Toen we incheckten was het nacht en toen we op de kaart wilden tikken om de kamer binnen te gaan, wilde deze niet opengaan, totdat ik uiteindelijk 2 keer naar beneden ging om te vragen om te worden gecontroleerd waarom de kaart niet kon worden gebruikt, dan de medewerker ging naar boven om de deur met kaart te openen en het bleek dat de machine voor deurtoegang kapot was, dus moesten ze een technicus bellen voor reparatie. Tot nu toe zijn de anderen ok, alleen de matras valt tegen omdat het geluid hinderlijk is en er is 1 lichtpaneel dat niet aan kan, dus als je wilt gaan slapen moet je kiezen tussen totale duisternis of licht met felle lichten (aan mijn kamer 4e verdieping). We krijgen slechts 1 gratis drankje bij het inchecken, maar dat is geen probleem. TQ.

Beautiful art pieces in the lobby. Room was clean. Everyone was really friendly and approachable. Location is great for me, quiet and far from the city. Breakfast was decent and sufficient. The pool is great! Great experience overall. Will visit again.

Nice hotel with unique design. Breakfast could be improved, was not too tasty, but not bad. Rooms are spacious, but sound isolation could be better. Their rooftop bar and swimming pool is amazing. The service was satisfied.

It was written as a 4-star hotel, however our experience was definitely a 5-star hotel experience. From the front desk to the room was really great, modern and artsy. The room itself was so tidy, clean and spacious. The amenities on the room was very complete, they even provide a speaker and coffee machine there. The breakfast is exquisite, they even have a barista to serve us a cup of coffee. Every staff members I met were professional, delightful and eager to help. Not to mention, the location was really great. It not too crowded but close to anywhere. You can go to the beach by 3 minutes walk and enjoy the sunrise. I definitely will be back here! and recommend this hotel to people I know🤍

Stayed here for 3nights, and booked Studio55 but upon check-in, they informed us that the aircon in all Studio 55 has to be off as there's a problem in the system. They downgraded us to Double Studio 30. It's such a disappointment as we are really looking forward to the bigger room with a bathtub, and there's no sofabed either for our toddler to sleep. At first, they offer us a lunch and dinner voucher for our stay there but I have already made plans for our meals, so in the end, we opted for a refund. The diff in the balance was S$163.9, but in the end, we only received S$108.69 and trip coins worth S$110.06. We are grateful for the good intention of Trip.com
Regarding the hotel, location is awesome, there are a lot of beach cafes and restaurants nearby, and the pool is okay. The floor in our bedroom is always sticky somehow. Breakfast was average.
