Hoe dan ook, ik vind het echt niet leuk....
Deze kakkerlak bevindt zich eigenlijk in de badkamer van de hotellobby, ik ben doodsbang...

Great view and vibe in Alila. Very convenient location with vibrant surroundings, lots of restaurants and bars. A bit disappointed for the services with many additional charges. Overall, worth a try.

Excellent service. Great vibes with the band by the pool, yet some respite from the loud parties at Potato Head next door. Special shout out to Dewi who helped us with bookings and also taught us how to make offerings.

Other than the fantastic view that we get from the hotel, everything else was subpar honestly, and this was our first time staying here. For starters, when we arrived at the hotel, there was no one greeting us or offering to take our bags, check in was supposedly at 3, but the rooms were only ready close to 5. The room itself was a disappointment too. Although it had quite a minimalist concept, we found the hangers, shower and toilet to be dirty and there were ants crawling. The bedsheets were also not clean; it was blood stained. The pillows were nice though. Also, too little power plugs and the plugs near the bed were close to the ground, which meant I can’t use my phone in bed if I was charging it. I also wanted to mention that once we settled down, put down our bags and came back from dinner, we discovered that someone had entered our room (supposedly for cleaning) and that was a huge shock to us and we didn’t feel very secure in our room afterwards, knowing that someone could enter the room anytime they wanted. The room view, however, was fantastic, although we were under the impression that we would get 100% ocean view (in reality it was only partial). Breakfast buffet was good though, incredible view by the beach and sufficient spread of food. Good quality of food too. The waiters there are very friendly and accommodating which elevated our breakfast experience - probably the only saving grace of this place. Honestly felt that this place was way overpriced and I could’ve used the money to stay in other better hotels.
