The best hospitality and hotel design ever.
It’s the perfect to be relaxed at hotel although accesses to places to visit are not so nice, you do not need to go out from this hotel if you want to enjoy staying at hotel.

It is a tranquil getaway that I fancy encountering and it still captures my heart after a long while. Anticipate to visit again. Friendly and patient stuff. Hope the WhatsApp communication system could be more effective and efficient.

Location is a little far out but that contributes to the idyllic charm of the hotel. Everything was fantastic and all the staff extremely polite and friendly.
We were especially impressed that the restaurant staff assiduously recorded our dietary needs to make sure we were covered for the entire stay. Major props to the restaurant for the range of interesting vegetarian options available and the great cocktails!
Room cleaning twice a day is also amazing at a time when many hotels are cutting back to once every 2-3 days. The Black Sands spa lives up to its reviews and the massage and bath were incredibly relaxing.
We truly enjoyed our little slice of paradise and it was a perfect weekend getaway!

非常滿意的體驗，酒店在烏布附近的黑海灘旁邊，白天可以在泳池邊悠閑的吹海風，傍晚伴着日落在草坪上來個野餐或者晚餐，早上來做個屋頂瑜伽。房間選的帶私人泳池和花園，floating breakfast蠻有意思，基本都在酒店吃飯，餐廳的味道和酒水都很好，適合蜜月和情侶出遊哈！希望有機會再回來

酒店環境，景色都好令，可以直接望海，
吹海風好舒服，可以嘆整個下午。
但入夜後，房間內的燈光會吸引小甲蟲，廁所是開放式，怕蟲的我表示害怕。浴缸開熱水一會兒就變冷水，最後洗了冷水澡😅另外服務一般，房間電話打不了，要用WhatsApp ，然後要多提醒服務員，不然他們會忘記答應過的事。

很喜歡的酒店。
環境優美，服務良好。
由於是成人專享，非常安靜。歐美客人比較多。
地理位置算是比較偏，適合泡酒店。客飯叫餐和餐廳點餐價格都算比較實惠。
