Senang sx dgn fasilitas kamarnya.. luas bgt kamarnya,, n kamar mandi nya jg luas bgt.. pelayanan lumayan,, lokasinya jg gak jauh dr bandara..
Utk Makanan nya biasa aja.. dgn harga 400an sdh dpat kamar yg luas bgt+breakfast dan ada kolam renang jg.. recommended lah..

몰발리 갤러리아 뒷쪽 길 건너 위치.
쇼핑하기 좋고 식사하기 좋은위치.
지난번 좋았던 기억이 있어 재 숙박 하였으며 이름을 알아줘서 신기하고 고마웠다.
가까운 거리에서 두리안 사먹고 수영장에서 책도읽고 하지만 추워서 물에 못들어감 ㅎㅎ

Все очень понравилось, особенно любезный персонал, но это простенькая четверка и было немного пыльно и шумно, окна не герметичны, бассейн хороший 👍

Sebenarnya interior kamar bagus tapi kurang dirawat,
Menu sarapan tidak enak dan seperti masakan warung.

Tempatnya bagus bersih dan rapih , berada di pinggir jalan sehingga mudah untuk diakses.. Fasilitasnya juga oke enak dan nyaman banget pokoknya . Nyesel ga dari awal tau hotel ini mantapp

因為在峇里島遊業務需要常駐，嘗試訂了一次這個相對便宜的酒店，沒想到體驗會這麼差！房間裏的保險櫃不工作，前台安排了修理工來搞了半天沒有修好，説是另找個人來看看，自此就再也沒有音訊。從下午六點左右開始，與酒店一河之隔的一個印度寺廟開始高音喇叭喊話和祈禱（猜測），即使關好門窗那聲音依然猶在耳邊。這種環境下啥事也做不了還令人心煩意亂！我強忍了一個多小時後去前台詢問，對方答覆説大概十點左右就會結束！但直到半夜12點那喊聲一刻都未停過！萬般無奈下衹好半夜一點鐘另訂了一家酒店逃離！事後攜程的處理意見是退掉後兩晚的住宿，當晚客房費退還一半！在我表示不滿後才把三晚房費全退！至於我提出當晚給我造成的身心困擾和臨時換酒店造成的經濟損失給予合理賠償的訴求攜程不予理睬，沒有給我任何答覆！
作為攜程一位二十幾年鑽石級客户，我對於攜程的處理態度無法理解！雖然下單時有不能退款的條件，但在客人的基本權益都無法保障的情況下無條件退款難道不是攜程平台應該做到的嗎？我在酒店裡平白遭受了六個多小時的困擾，半夜一點打包行李換酒店，折騰到大半夜，要求攜程給予合理賠償難道過分了嗎？我要的不是錢，要的是攜程對客户的尊重和理解，要的是一種職業道德與人性！

I don't think this hotel deserves 4-star rating. I checked in at 10 PM and asked to check out late but the lady at the reception said "No", with a reason "fully booked" but I barely saw guests there. I'm not surprised that not so many guests because this hotel needs HUGE improvements. The location is good, though, in the city center. The room interior design was nice BUT : it was so dirty and scratches and spots were found everywhere, water leaking in my room and in the hallway, on the first floor I found used towels scattered around in a mess, the floor tiles show signs of overused as the edges have started coming off and that they bent upward which pricked my feet if I was not careful, the glass window by the door is a bad design, I think, as you need to keep the curtains closed all the time as people walk past from time to time, the aircon took long to make the room cool. Breakfast was so-so, not much of a variety and not very nice presentation. I didn't use the pool, so no comments on it. The gyms was left disorganized as it looked like no one has been in there for months. I was let down by a lot of things and I'm not coming back to this hotel again. Not worth the money I paid.

I gave 20,000 rupees and asked the counter staff to wake me up in the morning. Unfortunately, the counter staff charged the money but didn't wake me up, which caused me to miss my flight. I was very disappointed. The appearance photos of the hotel were wrong, and the other first and second floors were not ventilated in the basement.
