The hotel accommodation is fine, the location is close to many western and local restaurants and bars, it’s only 10 min bike ride to Kuta beach.
if you plan to spend time partying with friends that’s a good choice, it’s definitely not a family hotel, during our trip we woke up every day around 7 am and tried to sleep early, but the noise and low music from the surrounding bars and club, went all night till 1 or 2 am.

체크인시에 예약확인이 안된다고 해서
트립닷컴 고객센터 통해서 컨택을 했는데
상담사는 통화했다고 하지만 프론트에서는 안했다고 하더니
프론트에 직원 꼴랑 3명뿐이고
예약실은 클로즈 상태라 확인 안된다고 하고ㅋㅋ
재차 상담원이 너희 직원과 통화했다고 재확인요청 하니까
갑자기 옆에 있던 직원이
아까 전화 했다고(?) 그러면서
상담사가 말한 직원 이름 발음이 ***야ㅋㅋ 이러면서
뭔가 비꼬는 느낌을 받았구요!
하여간 서비스 마인드가 좀 없구요~
체크아웃 할때도 샤워만 하고 공항갈 요량으로
당일 체크아웃하는데
왜 일찍 나가는지 싸인하고 가라고 그러더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋ...
하여간 객실 밖 복도에서 사람들이 담배펴서
담배냄새도 나고
재방문 의사 없어요! 방도 어두컴컴했어요

Этот отель едва дотягивает до 2х звезд.
Сам отель убитый по ремонту.
Персонал не разбежится помочь. В номер предоставляют 1 полотенце на человека.
На просьбу принести полотенце для рук и для лица, стакан чтобы поставить зубную щетку никто не отреагировал.
Мыла нет, в душе флакон с дозатором-набирайте оттуда 🤦
В душе шторка))
Интернет? Забудьте, вай фай 👎не позволит вам практически ничего. Спускайтесь вниз и подключайтесь к сети starbaks.
Белье в номере старое, а наволочки пропитались табаком так, что запах уже не выстирываться.
Ну и в заключение: тараканы. Они есть. 😉
Сами решайте сколько заезд к отеля

I have an issue with this booking. Apparently the One Legian hasn't received any payment from Trip.com and are demanding for me to pay again after I proof them in trip.com official app that my booking was done and paid. The reception staff was suggesting that was a scam and I didn't pay. But when I showed them the app with my name, the booking and payment made, they said that their team was going to investigate further. They took my passport until I paid or the issue was resolved. It's extremely disappointing and I can't believe that they didn't even offer to contact trip.com but were demanding a new payment from me.
I'm still waiting to hearing from them. Worse experience

ATMもありとても便利でした。

レギャンストリートにあるため、何処へ行くのも便利です。ただし、レギャンストリートは一方通行で夜間は混みます。部屋はとても綺麗でコストパフォーマンスは素晴らしい。石鹸、綿棒、フェイスタオルはありません。ホテルでゆっくり派には物足りないと思いますが、朝から行動派にはオススメです！

It’s a hotel for people that like loud music not a family friendly place and the rooms are split by a door and I wasn’t lucky during the 9 nights I was there my neighbors were rowdy always till midnight. Suggest hotel add something to block the noise from the next room!!!
Ps the shower hot water wasn’t steady.
