Zeer mooi resort met veel tuinen en een prachtig zwembad met een jacuzzi en een fitnessruimte.
Uitstekende gratis pendeldienst naar uw privéstrand. Rijk en overvloedig ontbijtbuffet.
Omdat de bar-restaurantservice traag is, moet je ze vragen om de gerechten samen te brengen als je alles tegelijk wilt eten! De spa biedt geen behandelingen, alleen massages :/
Ik adviseer een reiniging van de matten van de Balinezen. Zeer jeugdig personeel, erg aardig en aangenaam.

Location - Good.
Lobby - Stained and very old furnitures.
Rooms - Just ok, but strange toilet layout. Wash basin is inside the room look horrible. Shower and WC is separate. AC not cooling enough.
Breakfast - Just ok, with very limited choices.
Swimming Pool - Good.
Stayed 3 nights, and won't even consider for next Bali trip.
They need measure upgrade to their lobby and rooms, specially toilet and basin.

For a Mercure Hotel, one could easily expect some more, but all in all it was a very good stay, with gym and pool being excellent. Overall, rooms are the only disappointment but are nonetheless fine. Breakfast is varied and fine.

Very noisy, room is not sound proof. Keep hearing people banging doors. No free shuttle to front of hotel. Walk from lobby to front of hotel is easily 15 mins

Our overall impression is good, although the room design, mildly speaking, is weird and inconvenient for 2 people to stay in the room with the washbasin being not in the bathroom but in the room itself. There’s no wardrobe in the room and there are hardly any shelves where you can put your clothes either, so we had no choice but to keep our clothes in the suitcase. There’s no separate smoking area, so non-smokers will have to tolerate smoking guests at the restaurant while having a meal.
Our room hadn’t been cleaned before we checked out, however after asking the receptionist to have our room cleaned, 4 housekeepers were sent to our room and they did their job well.
As for the pluses, there’s a beautiful garden where you can have a nice walk or spend some time in a summer house. There are shuttle buses running every hour on the hour that will take you to the private beach, which is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, but their number is rather limited. The gym is small but clean and has new machines.
