The toilet is dry and wet. Every time you have to swipe your ID card to enter the building, it is very troublesome to go up and down countless times. I stayed for two days with toiletries and gave a day's 😅 room and didn't clean it up. There are a lot of homestays in the whole building, the facilities and services do not match the price... 2. The service is awesome, the staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They give very clear instructions, no matter what problems we are having.
3. The room is clean and I love the bed. It probably is the best bed I have slept on in a hotel room. It is firm yet comfortable; the pillow is very comfortable too: rarely in a hotel room, you get the memory foam pillow. I slept very well for two nights after long flights.
4. The room is not facing the street and it is very quiet at night.
5. Hotel has laundry room, there are washing machines and dryers, I did the laundry there. While waiting for the laundry to be ready, I took some tea and read a book in the library next to the laundry room, I spent a very quiet and nice afternoon there. I almost finished a book while waiting and in the end, take clean laundry back to my room.
6. We got breakfast at the hotel, and there are different kinds of Chinese breakfast selections. Dining section is clean and nice.

DDavidA new hotel with high-tech amenities, like power curtains, voice control remote in the room, customer service robot, etc. Hotel provides free airport transfer and is within walking distance of the high speed rail station (you can see it from hotel and just need to walk towards it). The hotel is also flexible when it comes to late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5pm. They also have a laundry room equipped with excellent washer and dryer machines that are free for guests to use. If there is something to pick on the hotel, the breakfast can be improved, and should start earlier than 8am.

I stayed at Yunju for two days. In the previous day's review, I reported that due to a mistake by the front desk staff, an ice pack was missing from the specialties I was going to take home.
I was really angry at that time because the souvenir I carefully selected might be ruined on the road. But within half a day, I received a text message from the hotel manager contacting me to solve my problem. The tone was sincere and the solution was feasible. This unpleasant incident during my trip was immediately turned around, and my trip to Xinjiang came to a successful conclusion.
I waited until today to post this positive review because I just received a replacement souvenir from the hotel manager. It was from the same store where I bought it and was well packaged. Thank you to the staff for giving me a very satisfactory solution. Mistakes are inevitable at work, but I admire this attitude of solving the problem very much. These two stores are stores where I have done my homework. When I went to buy, there was a long queue, but I didn’t expect the staff to go and give it to me.
