My stay at the philly in wuz good , the room wuz clean , no stale odors , housekeepers wuz pleasant, front desk clerk wuz polite, the only thing i would say is the water pressure, not a lot of water pressure , but overall i would Recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My stay was ok and chill I checked in quickly and efficiently great !
The room was comfy the color bedding not a fan of but the bathrooms could be a little cleaner . But my stay was good!

The people were very kind and accommodating, the hotel was clean and also smelled good. Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed at a great price and convenient location.

I have stayed at this property over 5 times and this particular 2-day stay was the most unacceptable. It began with faulty TV cable wires which were corrected by day 2 so all was good. Then the morning of checkout at 8:18a.m. a front desk person used their master key card and burst into MY room saying, "Yo, they said this room was empty!"... I immediately yelled back well its occuoied, he then went onto question how many nights was our stay and what was my last name- I cannot tell you how disturbing that is to be awakwned by such a forceful entry! I do not know if I could in good conscience stay at this place again. The price point is always good, so is the location- but the service and room safety is Questionable at best.

The place had bedbugs. I ended up having to deal with these for a month after staying. Also, the parking space is limited. Depending on when you return, you may have to use an Applebees’s parking lot across the street to park

Really nice place, the decorations was really unique. Checking in was wonderful, they offered water and snacks. We will return.

It was clean and I appreciated the comfy bed, frig and microwave , but unlike the listing, it was not soundproof from either the outside or the inside. I asked for the reserved parking mentioned. My last night there I did not get it. If you want a budget hotel that is clean, this is it.
