Хорошее место локации. Приветливый персонал.
Позволили выехать позже на 2 часа без доплаты.
Номера большие, но на последнем этаже,,окна под потолком, т.е номер без вида. Плохая звукоизоляция, постоянно шум. Завтраки достаточно простые,,но вид из ресторана на город хорош. Среди го тех много индусов, представителей ближнего Востока и местных жителей

We stayed from 19th to 24th. We had booked a standard room. Please see this standard rooms have a very small window on the top. For indians we call it Roshan daan. The room became quite stuffy and warm at night. Centralized heating is working but cooling was switched off. Even though it was cold outside it became quite suffocating at night as there was no way to set the room temperature. I found this quite surprising. Coming to breakfast descent spread. But dnt expect anything Indian and that's ok I guess. Location is prime. Book deluxe rooms.

Hotel location was fabulous,restaurant at the 5 th floor had very good view breakfast is not optimal but it’s ok.you can go main places from this hotel just by walk for example old city,baku boulevard which has very good atmosphere at nights and also i recommend to visit highland park very good view

Sapphire city never fails to impress with its warm hospitality and impeccable service. From the moment we arrive, the reception staff welcomes us like family, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The hotel's cleanliness is outstanding, reflecting the dedication of the staff. Despite the occasional noise from the city center, the friendly demeanor of the staff more than compensates. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay.

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel , excellent location, friendly staff , of course little language problems, breakfast is good, clean and neatly maintained, for future travellers please book or ask for rooms with windows only, as they don’t turn on the AC on winter time and also without ventilation the rooms are very bad without nature light, luckily we got all rooms with windows and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend and would stay here again.

We've been only in the Societe Restaurant, on the top floor of the building. The view was first class, to old Baku and the flame towers, but their menu only contained European dishes, there wasn't even baklava, or anything special, only different cheesecakes and brownies for dessert. The shisha was ok, but our cocktail was not, the cream in the pina colada was divided into water and butter, and there was only a tiny bit of alcohol. The service was very poor, we had to ask the waiter again and again for the same thing, and we were lucky because we had locals with us since our waiter didn't speak any English. When going to the restroom, I had to find it for myself, because all the waiters were busy looking to the other direction, just not to be asked, I felt really strange in the situation. As a matter of the fact, that it was a very expensive and fancy restaurant, we don't think that these things are acceptable. The 2 points only go for the fantastic view.

Restaurant waiter Ilham and Emil outlet manager are special guys.Specially Ilham very prompt ,quick ,responsive and this guy is just a fire.Well done and keep up .We have become regular customers of this place because of people work there.

It was a pleasant experience to stay. Friendly and supportive team. Neat, clean and comfortable. Prices are affordable. Location is central and convenient. Breakfast had a wide range. They also upgraded us to deluxe room without any extra cost. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for Baku visit Friendly staff Only problem missing of parking and possibility to find taxy Boring breakfast, near same every day As result maximum 4 star hotel, but still recommended.
