Had a comfortable stay at Hyatt Place during my business trip. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was commendable. However, the breakfast options could use improvement for a more satisfying start to the day.

Everything good, room clean, bedding set and towels still look new. The room's price ok and include breakfast for 6 persons. Near Gas station and mini market. Worthy for families. Will be here again 😊

My stay here was great, staff and room quality was excellent. They have a really lobby area which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The only two things that I did not like was that our room did not have a microwave which would normally be ok with an overnight stay but we had some really good leftovers from dinner that I wish I could have heated up to eat, AND the other thing was that the fold out bed was really squeaky so anytime my son moved in the night he woke me up. Still had a great stay and I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Nice modern design and the staff was super friendly. The room was dirty though. Coffee drop stains next to the coffee machine, dust on the lid of the ice bucket, sunflower seeds on the headboard, and what could have been blood or makeup on the door frame inside of the bathroom. Not the usual level of cleanliness we see staying at Hyatt hotels.

Hyatt Place is a newish, clean hotel, which, although more expensive than other like Bakersfield properties, provides comfort and all the basics. I stay there every time. The free breakfast, while not gourmet, is a good way to launch one’s day. A nit: the front desk staff can be a little whacky and seems to have turnover.

I had stayed in this hotel a year ago and it was great. This trip was not the same. Homeless would ask me for money in the parking lot. The front counter staff seemed preoccupied when you were waiting to check in and if you needed assistance. Will not stay here if I have to go back to this place.

For our first time stay ever at a Hyatt, we had a wonderful experience. Big rooms for a comfortable stay. Quiet and staff is friendly and respectful. The only thing was refrigerator was missing temperature nozzle and we did find that there was crumbs left on carpet like it wasn’t vacuumed.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The hotel was very clean and nice. The shopping center across the street has a Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, and a couple other helpful shops/restaurants.
