Marina Club Hotel

Hotel Marina Baia Domizia I’ve only wrote another feedback ever about another hotel which was the most amazing place I’ve been to. So it only felt fair that I would write one also for the worst hotel on Earth! To start with the entire hotel and in particular the rooms smell of piss. Quite clearly they have a massive plumbing issue that they do not intend to resolve! If you are looking to come to Baia Domizia, save your money and your mood by NOT coming to this hotel. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the hidden charges: the parking and even the cot that we had requested and should have been free (as stated on the website). They tried to charge us 15€ a day for a cot and *********** had to intervene to put them back in their place! The staff was most unhelpful and rude and even suggested that our toddler slept with us (never mind years of talking out parents around co-sleeping!). If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is NOT the place to be: loud music well over 11.30. Wish it was some tunes you could dance? You are very wrong as there is mazurka and valzer together with some Italian hits from the 80s! At every time of the day there is an annoying person on the microphone who, quite clearly without any success, tries to involve the people in this cringe fest that is supposed to be the “animation” in this place (Maybe a reanimation ward would be more indicated at this place). At 10 am they knocked on the door to clean the room (of course no way to ask to not disturb as no signs provided). Bear in mind dogs are also allowed here and you might happen to have the room next to a barking dog! We had the room on the ground floor and when we returned they had left the balcony open (we left it close) so anyone could jump in our room and steal our staff. Room: At arrival toilet seat broken, shower broken, a series of switch that serve nothing. A creepy hand painted picture without frame (so creepy we literally turned it around), pictures coming off the frame and literally dirt and stains on all the other furnitures. We had a double bed (more like two mattresses pushed together which didn’t even fit the main frame). They told us they had fixed the toilet seat just to sit on it and… it broke again! Hot water: not applicable! Impossible to have a full shower as the water is just lukewarm. Long story short: we checked out a day earlier cause we had enough of the hell hotel. No questions on why (they probably know) and no request for feedback (which I would have been more than happy to provide)

Very bad hotel and restaurant. It doesn't deserve four stars in any case. Two stars at most. Old rooms and equipment. Musty smell. Lousy breakfast. Poorly prepared low quality food. Worst place to stay in my life so far.

I came as part of a dance event for this accommodation and I confess that right from the start I was a little afraid of the comments and evaluations of the place. An accommodation with an excellent location, the only relevant point. The facilities are old, unhygienic and the staff is the worst. The rooms are old-fashioned, with old beds, broken equipment, no possibility of charging even a cell phone and their cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Electricity, huge failure and the water in the rooms has no pressure... As far as food is concerned, it is minimally acceptable but so far I have only had two meals. As for external equipment, the operation of the bar service is ridiculous. Slow, not clean, with unfriendly staff who don't even speak English. Outdoor pool? It actually exists, but if yesterday it was open to all guests without restrictions, today it is empty and why? Because the hotel director decided to issue a statement nowhere displayed or officially communicated that access to the pool can only be done with the mandatory use of a head cap. Ridiculous for a beach hotel and in which no one was warned of such a last minute obligation. Not to repeat. A deception.

HOTEL DI M*RDA!!!! VERGOGNA! CUCINA SCADENTE, LIVELLO DI PULIZIA PARI A 0 In gita dal 17 al 21,mai stato in un hotel peggiore. I pasti ogni giorno pessimi, una sera hanno avuto il coraggio di presentare dei bastoncini findus!! Nella stanza il degrado più totale... una tenda rotta buttata sul letto già da prima del nostro arrivo e come se non bastasse danno attribuito a noi! Vergognatevi... peli nel wc, tovaglie del bagno sporche, UN VERME in mezzo alle lenzuola... 1 stella solo perché meno non si può!! SCANDALOSI

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, because the breakfast is poor, the cooks smoke inside the kitchen and the restaurant, there are ants in the food, there is a terrible smell from the kitchen, the food is all frozen and the employees use saliva to clean the materials that they give to the customers, and even the works of the works and the like enter the restaurant and the kitchen.

Came in Marina Club we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and were very satisfied. A room in the garden overlooking the sea, it was magnificent. The beach is very clean, the sea is warm with Mountain View’s!

Ho da poco alloggiato con la famiglia in occasione delle vacanze Pasquali in una delle camere da poco ristrutturate del villaggio e con grande stupore, lette le tante recensioni negative, abbiamo al contrario trascorso una vacanza Pasquale da raccontare. Il villaggio è pazzesco, la spiaggia è praticamente sotto le camere, la piscina ottima sia per i piccini che per i grandi. Abbiamo fatto i complimenti allo chef soprattutto per la assortimento della prima colazione del mattino e per il pranzo di Pasqua che è stato veramente eccellente, abbiamo trovato tanta gentilezza con lo staff ed un servizio accurato non solo in sala ristorante. Abbiamo scoperto che quest'anno 2024 c'è una nuova gestione e quindi un personale nuovo, forse sarà questo il motivo della piacevole sorpresa rispetto alle vecchie recensioni. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti.

Dire che fa pietà è un eufemismo. Dovrebbe chiudere. Struttura anni '80 ,ma il problema è l'igiene che manca del tutto. Sporcizia ovunque, muffa nei cuscini e nei muri.Le foto in rete non corrispondono al vero . Una stella perché non posso mettere di meno.Da evitare assolutamente

Stanze sporche con buchi nei muri e muffa , doccia sporca macchie nel cuscino , animaletti nella coperta mangiare orrendo anche a con feci di animale per terra asciugamani sporchi luce che non si accendeva tende rotte e finestre che non si potevano aprire
