Food was not good. The steak house was a long wait and we were one of the first people seated. The steak was not good cut and it was not cooked as requested.
The resort was far from the town. It was way too expensive to do any excursions. The alcohol was way too watered down. The alcohol in the room was bottom shelf. The housekeeper never refilled the fridge. The bathroom venting fan did not work and it made the whole hotel room very humid. The hair dryer stopped working and I did not bring mine from home.

The wade bar had many tables and seating. We attened the superbowl celebration at the sports bar. The bar tender was awesome!

Great, friendly staff. Clean. Food was passable, but I kept wishing they had hired a good chef to sample their food offerings and give them tips. I kept thinking, "could've used some garlic here", "needed some lime here". They badly need a food "tuner". Also resort was packed and super noisy. Good if you're young I suppose, but not if you're an old fart like myself. Would've liked a bit of rest and relaxation. Also, we went without working air conditioning for the week. But again, kudos to the staff who were super nice.

I enjoyed my stay there. There were plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from and the grounds were well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of small things bothered me. The water temperature and pressure were inconsistent in the shower, could have had something to do with construction across the street. Also, the nightly entertainment was outside which made for late noisy nights.

Hotel is a 3 star when it comes the food, the hotel it self was nice and clean. Elevator was a bit inconvenient with kids and stroller, it out of the way. 1 Swim up bar and it is small and 18 and over only, again traveling with kids this was a bummer had to get out of the pool and walk to bar every time. Beach is nice, drinks were good, tequila is the best low tier.

The service was incredible!!!!! The views from the room were stunning. Everyone from front desk, to housekeeping, to servers were so attentive and nice. My husband got sick halfway through our trip and their onsite doctor came directly to our room to help. It was above and beyond and gave us so much comfort in our time of need. Couldn't recommend enough!
