ALOHA HOLIDAY RESORTS -GOA PLEASE AVOID STAYING OR BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL AND ENJOYABLE GOA TRIP One of the most pathetic and unprofessional booking experience I have ever had and I’m glad I did not chose to stay with them for my vacation In Goa. One of the most stubborn reservation and front office booking team who absolutely behave and treat you as if they don’t want customers to stay at their hotel and behave and speak to you in a way as if you have taken some loan from them. If you ask for room pics which are clearly not evident from few of the pics, they say its against their company policy and also blame you for expecting too much before making the payment. So basically they expect you to make the payment first, so that they can cheat you and don’t answer your queries with rights. They do not have a ***ager (on leave for 15 days without a substitute) who can speak to you or answer your queries and if you requested them for an early check in because you have an INFANT travelling with you, but they simply give a damn about your request and give you cold hearted responses. They promise you to come back after asking the HR ***ager about your request and next day they inform you, their hotel is booked for the dates you wanted to book after wasting 6 7 days in the whole process and multiple people speaking to you at various times and giving fake commi**ents.
