Until the very last day I would give higher rating but.. be aware of the parking,, it provides only few places and most of the time you have to park on the street,, which is for “free” and you might walk a bit when the street is full. We had a very bad experience on the very last day,, after parking on the same spot in the street right in front of the hotel for three days consequently. Literally 5 mins before leaving to the airport we got a fine! The thing is in the price of the room is parking for free,, but not true,, nobody from the staff bothered to tell us we cannot park the car where we did. We asked the hotel manager to deduct the sum from the room price but no luck. We were told that it is our fault as we were not supposed to park there! But how can you as a foreigner know when no mark of no parking was there. We had a dispute with the management but had to leave due to our flight. I would not recommend the hotel just because of an assumption that when there is a problem no help or proper handling.

Thank God I only booked 3 nights instead of the 7 I had planned because we wanted to leave after the first night. It's a shame that a place with so much potential, looking so modern and fresh, so clean and cozy is so poorly managed. We had a terrible start of our vacations at this place! The air conditioning system kept turning off every now and then, had to wake up many times to turn it on again (during summertime). When we came downstairs to have breakfast we discovered the pool was empty and green and the hotel were having problems with the power. Furthermore, the breakfast was Italian (we had just found out that and what it meant) Just pastries, water, cereal and 2 options of cardboard juices... no ham, cheese, eggs or even fruits. Had to pay extra for that if wanted. 😱 We complained in every possible way as we weren't able to enjoy our stay or use the facilities at its full capacity (bad sleeping because of the heat in the room, no swimming pool, no gym because of the power failure and poor breakfast) and had no answer/apology or treat for any of the compelling issues aforementioned!

This hotel is basic, certainly not a 4 star. They've given themselves that because it is new and modern. You have to pay for everything extra (and the stay is not cheap!). The room was sp**** (and not that clean). The breakfast was ok (if you wanted more, its 5 euros extra per person), if you want a beer by the pool, you have to pay cash (and don't even think of bringing your own food/drink to the bar-pool area!). The person who checked us in, and was there most days, is completely bored with his job and cannot get rid of you fast enough - rude and disinterested. Thankfully, we met Antonio the next day (front desk) and he was very hospitable and friendly - this other guy should not be dealing with people. Finally, why stay here at all? There is nothing in Badesi except a beach and this hotel isn't even close to that!

Big scamm !! Avoid that place , Poor service , propably understaffed. Breakfast only cakes and croissant , if needed something more like eggs , you have to pay 5€ extra. Every time you change Pool towel you have to pay,5€ extra. Doesn't give you the flexibility, and the comfort, of 4 star hotel.

Superbe hôtel, calme et reposant. Une magnifique et grande piscine. Le personnel est très gentil, ainsi que le patron. Les chambres vue mer sont exceptionnelles, avec en prime le coucher de soleil tout les soirs, magnifique ! Le petit déjeuner est complet, sucré et salé, sans aucun supplément. Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel, parfaitement situé, commerces, restaurants et plages sont à proximité. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, nous reviendrons !

Struttura eccellente dotata di tutti i servizi e confort possibili. È localizzata in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro e accanto alle migliori spiagge di Badesi. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 giorni, è stata molto calda e accogliente soprattutto per il design dell' hotel e per l'ospitalità di tutto il personale. All'interno è presente una bellissima spa, composta da bagno turco, sauna finlandese e yacuzzi affianco ad un area relax con disponibilità di accesso esclusivo ad un prezzo molto accessibile. Abbiamo effettuato l'accesso in una giornata di pioggia, ed è stata un esperienza molto bella. Alla fine del percorso ci siamo concessi un massaggio rilassante in una cabina benessere. Operatore altamente qualificato che ha saputo consigliarci trattamenti fantastici. Sicuramente torneremo entro fine settembre per un altra tappa. Consigliatissimo.

Confortevole hotel in stile moderno con camera vista sul mare e con la piscina a far da sfondo al pianerottolo della stanza. Il personale alla reception, nella persona di Viviana è stata gentilissima e disponibile consigliandoci su locali per la cena nonostante il nostro arrivo in hotel in tarda ora. La colazione è stata tra le migliori che abbiamo trovato negli ultimi tempi in cui la qualità va a scemare abbiamo invece gustato una colazione con ottimi prodotti della casa, una buona selezione di spremute e succhi di frutta e del melone ed anguria freschissimi. Consigliatissimo per vacanze in quanto situato a pochi minuti in auto dalle spiagge di Badesi e come pernotto durante viaggi di lavoro in cerca di comfort e modernità.

Personale simpaticissimo, molto accogliente e disponibile, ottima la colazione, camera accogliente e pulita con vista sul mare e sulla piscina. Ci tornerò per le prossime vacanze. Lo consiglio vivamente

Meraviglioso..... Prima volta nella bella Sardegna vi consiglio di andarci.... Consigliato da una cara amica ci siamo divertiti e rilassati.... Un hotel top di categoria con uno staff impeccabile.... la sigra Viviana e il Sigr Giovanni ci hanno consigliato tant cose e accolto sempre con un sorriso...... Ci torneremo perché quando si sta bene in un posto vale la pena ritornare.... Grazie Ancora da Enzo Enza e il piccolo Ciro... continuate così che avrete un roseo futuro.....
