Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we hartelijk verwelkomd door het vriendelijke personeel, dat altijd klaarstond om te helpen en ons thuis te laten voelen. Dankjewel aan Tina en haar collega's. Onze kamer was iets kleiner dan de standaardkamer, in het aanliggende Kristallgebouw. Het bed was bijzonder comfortabel en zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. De kamers zijn geluiddicht. Bovendien waren de kamers brandschoon en goed onderhouden, wat bijdroeg aan het gevoel van luxe en comfort. Een van de hoogtepunten van ons verblijf was het culinaire aanbod van het hotel. Het ontbijtbuffet was ronduit voortreffelijk, met een uitgebreide selectie aan heerlijke gerechten, van verse vruchten en gebak tot hartige opties zoals eieren en lokale specialiteiten. De kwaliteit van het eten was onberispelijk en overtrof onze verwachtingen keer op keer. Voor de beginnende skiërs van Famiski kan het hotel niet beter gelegen zijn, naast de transportbandjes op de oefenpiste. Daarna is het wat zoeken naar blauwe pistes, maar daar kan het hotel uiteraard niet aan doen. Al het personeel van Hotel Nockresort is heel vriendelijk en levert een uitstekende service. De bar is gezellig en lang geopend. De après-skihut buiten, naast de piste, zorgde voor een leuke ambiance. Hotel Nockresort kan ik van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een uitzonderlijke hotelervaring. We kijken er al naar uit om in de toekomst weer terug te keren!

Perfect location with direct access to the ski slope. A very good hotel with a swimming pool, spa facilities and lots of attractions for children and adults. Excellent cuisine, worth recommending. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and professional. We had a wonderful family holiday and we will probably come back here again. I recommend this facility especially for families with children.

We spent for the second time a lovely holiday at the Nock Resort in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The Resort offers you many possibilities to spent your time and for those who ski it is situated next to the slope. We will come back next year!

Simply amazing. We stayed at Nockresort for our first skiing family holiday (2 adults and 5 teenagers from Ireland) and I think it is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The food was out of this world. Michelin star quality, locally produced and hand prepared. The service was exceptional. Every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. A special mention for Daria in the bar who was just naturally lovely and all the restaurant staff. It was a real bonus that we could ski directly from the hotel to the slopes and the facilities in the hotel were 5 star. Swimming pool, full squash court, climbing walls, table tennis, pool, sauna, the list goes on.....

We appreciate the unique hotel location. Next to the ski slope and within walking distance of the city center. Ski rental and ski pass right at the hotel. Great cuisine. A wide range of indoor activities.

Feb half term skiing stay. Wonderful stay. Excellent hotel. The food was excellent . The staff from check in to the bar staff and the cleaners all very friendly. Great facilities with an excellent spa and gym.This was our 3rd visit. Will be back!!

We recommend hotel NockResort in Bad Kleinkirchheim if you planning family skiing. Everything is in touch of your hand, nice swimming pool, nice dinners, nice food choice for kids, very nice and friendly personnel.

Absolutely perfect hotel for families with little children, outside is an area with a playground for kids, very nice Kids club in hotel. The food was excellent, room was nice and clean. Sauna area was perfect. Very friendly stuff.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, room was nice and clean. We loved the location of hotel, you can slide directly to cablecar or kids area and ski down the hill directly to the hotel. Sauna area and show was perfect. Service during the food time was great, one thing which we would propose to change is to fasten the food serving time as between the starter and desert it was sometimes more than 1,5hour. When you have kids, it is too boring for them to wait for the parents to finish their food that long. But the food was worth to wait for. We only missed pancakes or waffles during breakfast. I stayed at the hotel for the second time and definitely will come back.
