Nice hotel with great amenities for kids - food good - restaurants nice but need to book to ensure you get a table - would definitely go again

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,,

We made a booking through trip.com in Rixos Bab al bahr RAK. We made a booking of premium room with a view which means ocean view or pool view but trip. Com booked us premium room with garden view. This is a clear case of fraud and distrust. Even the hotel reception staff confirmed that it’s a clear cheating premium room with view means it has to be ocean view or pool view. The extra charges that we paid for premium room with a view was wasted because trip.com booked a garden view room for us. Secondly , we wasted another hour resolving this conflict between the hotel and trip.com. My first experience with booking through trip.com was really really bad in terms of trust ..
