The room is not too small and the room
Is clean.
The staff is very nice and introduced every facilities of the hotel.

Spacious room. Has a public bath and is able to monitor the crowd on the room's tv. Provides free coffee in the morning.

The room came with sofa, desk (comfortable to work!), a small kitchen with microwave and electric stove top, kettle and even a small washing machine!!! It’s like a small apartment! They also have a big bath tub and a lot of free service eg. beer, coffee, ice cream, ochatsuke. Highly recommended!!

飯店很新，離松本車站很近，附近也很多吃的，房間乾淨，床底下可以放行李。這次住的有小廚房，但沒有碗筷，有洗衣機很讚！！推薦！

飯店服務一切都很好，我總共入住四天，但我之前分二筆預訂各二天連續，一筆較小房型15米，另一筆較大房型19米，價格高一點，但實際入住二筆訂單都是住小房型，和訂房網站客服溝通，最後結果要我自己和飯店聯繫，浪費我很多確認和溝通時間，也沒有任何補償方案，我也跟飯店確認我原先訂的是有廚房、洗衣機、微波爐房型，他們只能換沒有那些設備房型，就完全跟我預訂的不同類型，只能住在原有小房型裡。

松本駅やバスターミナルに近く、旅の拠点におすすめです。館内は新しく綺麗でした。フロント前には観光資料も揃っていて旅の計画を立てる参考にもなりました。大浴場もありますが、あまり大きくなく混雑がずっと続いていたので時間帯の調節が必要でした。

ウェルカムドリンク、お茶漬け、モーニングコーヒーのサービスは本当にありがたいです。
施設も十分によかったのですが、お風呂場(浴槽側)に時計がないのが不便でした。
