Sea CleoNapa Hotel

We booked with thomascook.com arrived Saturday 11th February 2023 we booked in and where then taken over the road to another building which is not like any of the photos. We booked an apartment each we went in and it is horrible no cooker no kettle no toaster no cups nor crockery a filthy bed with filth all over the walls no hot water coming out the shower the heating does not work and it gets cold here at night. I complained to thomascook.com but they have not been any help. Do not book this place it will be a holiday from Hell like we are experiencing

The worst experience ever, rude service, there was only cold water in the tap, no chance to shower after traveling. we asked the host at the front desk, didn't know what to do, we called OnTheBeach and registered a complaint as the office was closed. The next day we asked the front desk for help again, someone came and turned on the button in the wall and said there would be hot water in an hour. 3 hours later it was still cold. we got in the car and looked for another hotel, we moved the next day. when we moved out the hotel manager was still absent and the reception staff were rude and disrespectful. Additionally fungus on the wall in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, no magnetic card for the door, simple lock on the door, no security, the door can be kicked open, black from the dirt of the air conditioning overgrown with dust. Loud-behaving refugees live in the hotel, but noone care. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AVOID IT AT ALL.

We booked the Sea Cleonapa hotel when we arrived we where taken to apartments across the road. Went there for 7 days/night on the second day whilst we were around the pool 2 of our rooms got broken into €1200 was taken from 2 of our rooms there was no sign of forced entry so we went to the reception to report it. (When we booked in they told us all the safes in our rooms were broken) They were not interested told us there was no cctv and nothing could be done about it we felt upset but decided we wouldn’t let it ruin our holiday, on the 3,5 +6 day we were also broken into again no sign of forced entry 3rd day £40.00 that was hidden in my suitcase taken,5th day euros and my aftershave taken, same as from another one of our rooms, 6 day and they take the rest of my aftershaves and all of my toiletries including the bag(ted baker if you’re interested) same as from one of our other rooms. On the 4th time of having our rooms pilfered we decided to go and try to speak to reception again. She told us to GO AWAY there is no cctv and put her hand over her face to hide her identity(I video her doing this) she said the cleaners don’t have a key to our rooms but while we where out around the pool our rooms where cleaned/robbed this has got to be the staff/cleaners who are doing this. I would strongly advise anyone of thinking of booking this hotel to think again! They must be making a fortune every time new guests arrive. People work all year round for a week in the sun to have this happen not once but 4 times in 7 days is beyond belief. If I could of given 0 stars for this review I would of but unfortunately you have to give one in order to write a review! Horrendous place avoid at all cost!

We booked a 1 night “All Inclusive” stay at the hotel. We arrived 2 hours before the check in time. However, the staff were able to have a room for us which was appreciated. Good start! The hotel in general is a bit run down and grubby. The pool has loads of pieces of debris floating in it and the sun beds are very old and basic. After settling by the pool I went to the bar to utilise the “All Inclusive” drinks. However, when I asked for 3 beers they told me they did not have any as it was out of season!! I had to go to the supermarket to buy my own. They did offer my friend a cocktail which turned out to be vodka and coke! Lunch was advertised as a buffet style meal starting at 13:00. At 13:30 no food was out. When we were eventually informed that our lunch was ready we went into the dining hall to find 3 pre plated meals of chicken and salad. That would have been fine if they asked what we wanted I stead of making it a random surprise. The rooms are very basic but did a job for us as we were only there for 1 night. I will not be returning!

Hotel room 106b terrible. Not even 1 ☆ broken entry door, handles falling off cupboards, mouldy bathroom sealant, no mattress cover just a thin sheet. 2 well used pillows a third one without a cover. Only 1 towel between 2 people. Tiny room couldn't swing a cat in it. €36 a night, don't waste your cash, make sure you visit room before you pay.

We booked one night at this hotel, and upon checking in, we were brought a block or two away to a completely different location. There was no pool at this new location, one bar of intermittent WiFi signal, and the rooms were completely different from the photos online. Inside the room was hotter than it was outside (32 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was struggling to run. The doors at this place had punch marks all over them and there was a footprint on the wall about four feet above the ground. There were all sorts of construction materials on the balcony area. The front desk guy kept insisting that I'd booked at this second location, which was completely false. It wasn't until I started to make a fuss and called ********** to complain, that the front desk guy was able to find a room for us inside the actual hotel we booked. The actual hotel was alright. It looks like they just converted an old apartment building into a hotel. The bathtub was dirty, and there was no hair dryer (as had been advertised). The curtains hardly stayed attached to the rod. The box spring was completely busted up in one room and the bed offered no support. Luckily the AC was working. This hotel is right in the middle of the nightclub area. Great if you want to party, but it's quite noisy. I do not recommend if you're seeking relaxation.

I was happily surprised of this hotel! Great price&perfomance place! Also great breakfast and strong bar! My girlfriend only didnt liked that the water wasnt hot,but its normal in these type of places. Nevertheless we were satisfied and thumbs up for this place! 💯✌️

I had 2 rooms booked for July 2021. I got there early so I asked to see the rooms. The lady at the reception was named Linda. She let me see the rooms and I asked her if I can cancel and get my money back. Linda said yes for sure. It turns out that Linda is a liar and when I got in touch with *******.ca they said the SEA CLEOPATRA NAPA HOTEL WOULD NOT APROVE THE REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED HOTEL. AT BEST ITS A HALF STAR

Nous sommes restées 10 jours dans l'hôtel qui est très bien situé si vous aimez faire la fête. La rue du ***** est à peine à 2 min Accueil très chaleureux, personnels agréables. Piscine chauffée En revanche concernant le ménage.. Les draps n'ont été changé que au bout de 6 jours parce que nous l'avions demandé, idem pour les serviettes. Le ménage n'est pas fait tout les jours et quand il est fait l'eau du seau a déjà servis pour faire une paire de chambre et n'est donc pas propre. La climatisation m'a goûtée sur la tête toute la nuit.. L'écoulement de la douche et du lavabo est inexistante. Si vous voulez vous lavez avec de l'eau chaude, allez y avant 18h. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas très diversifié, il n'a pas changé en 10 jours. La musique autour de la piscine commence à 10h et ne s'arrête pas avant 23h voir plus, les premiers jours c'est sympathique mais écouter la même playlist 6f/j pendant 10 jours c'est un peu agaçant. Cet hôtel pourrait être mieux si un effort sur le ménage et la propreté étaient fait.
