I did not like the towels and bed sheets that were given to the guest for use. The bath towels and sheets were old and torn with holes. Many times we would ask the staff to change out the torn sheets and towels that they have given. They do not take ownership of damaging your clothing. The staff took my clothing that I asked to IRON and they decided to wash and destroy my TOMMY HILFIGER clothing. The General manager Charles refuses to compensate me for the damaged clothing. The clothing was damaged on the 22 of September and the supervisor Ms. Blessing knew of the damaged clothing and did not do anything to compensate me for $400 us dollars.
