Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile.
We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes.
Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room.
Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try.
If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you.
The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

服務品質可謂尊絕不凡，迎賓接待、專車接送、附送樂園門票、協助搭車等。光是服務品質就讓人滿意。
入住火影忍者主題房型，房間整潔、空間大、裝飾滿分並附帶贈品。
晚餐和早餐更是使用淡路島當地特色食材。
整體可謂身心靈大滿足。
如果再來淡路島，一定會再度來訪。

非常棒的酒店，早、晚餐都很豐富和美味，員工都十分友善且能說流利英語，入住當天下著雨，多謝Kimura先生接載我們從停車場到達酒店，而另一位員工Yamamoto先生詳細介紹了酒店、房間設施和晚飯菜式，因為在Trip.com預訂，還贈送了合共2萬日元的現金券，可以在淡路島內指定餐廳和場所使用，房間內的Mini bar也是免費。非常好的入住體驗，希望下次入住會遇上好天氣。

寶藏酒店，美得一塌糊塗，遛娃勝地，對國人來説鮮為人知，但去了就知道童話世界因你的酒店，最重要的是淡路公園可玩的太多了，哥斯拉，勇者鬥惡龍，蠟筆小新，忍者，絕對把孩子玩瘋，但要注意酒店不是國際酒店風格，是日式管理風格，比較死板規矩，變通性差，但服務熱情盡心盡力，住過日式酒店的都能理解

房間超級棒，入住房間十分寬敞，床也很大很軟，提供的晚餐十分十分豐盛，每道菜都解釋下，聽着濛濛的，吃着香香的，服務態度天花板了，早餐也太太太豐富了，體驗了日式早餐。

六星級服務，職員很有禮貌，入住有Hello Kitty 公仔禮物，晚餐額外送多一盒海膽，仲有送哥斯拉攔截行動門票，俾到旅客有賓至如歸嘅感覺！

大雨の中の宿泊でした。バーベキューができなかったですが、食事もとても美味しかったです。朝食もかわいい小鉢がたくさんで満足。室内も可愛いし、果物、ドリンクのサービスもありがたい限り。必ずもう一度、天気のいい日に訪れたいと思ってます。スタッフの方々の接客は、文句なしです。
