Shocking treatment. Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Massive wardrobe but no hangers. Lovely rooms but no coffee or tea facilities. Queue to the only coffee machine was eternal. No food despite coming late from a delayed flight. No four stars, more like a basic hotel.

This was 4 star hotel with zero star service. No hangers, no coffee making facility, no drinking water and no iron in the room. The receptionist staff are rude and less than helpful, the food is awful and the bar service is none existent. The kitchen closes early and you are stuck in middle of nowhere. The basics that you would expect in a 4 star hotel are just not there.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The night front desk staff had no English but were welcoming on our late arrival. The property appears to have once been quite opulent. Sadly, it is run down with out of service pool (one week before Summer), unkempt grounds and large convention room with broken windows.

El aire acondicionado funciona solo el abanico, dicen que el sistema detecta la temperatura de afuera y se enciende. El hotel muy obscuro y con poca luz en los cuartos, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta para que se refrescara el cuarto y al salir el sol te da en la cara y te despierta. El restaurante tiene un menú muy limitado y cuando pedí un sándwich del menú, no tenían los ingredientes (salmón). El hotel está en medio de la nada. Las instalaciones son buenas.

Los pasados 8 y 9 de septiembre nos alojamos un grupo familiar de 45 personas y las experiencia ha sido excelente. El trato del personal ha sido muy profesional y muy agradable durante nuestra instancia. La habitaciones son amplias y confortables y muy limpias y bien dotadas de mobiliario, con un baño dotado de bañera y ducha separados. Los espacios comunes de la planta baja- recepción son amplios, muy cómodos y se adaptaban muy bien a las necesidades de sobremesa de grupos familiares como e nuestro. Cenamos el viernes y el sábado en el hotel y quedamos muy satisfechos, tanto con la calidad del servicio como de la comida. La mayoría de los componentes del grupo ha propuesto volver el próximo año.

Lo único positivo, la amabilidad del personal y una habitación agradable y limpia. Pero el desayuno nefasto, con una única máquina de café lentísima para una larga cola de clientes, y una ducha que pasaba sin interrupción de abrasar a helar, con lo que optamos por lo segundo, dado que es agosto. En dos ocasiones aseguraron que vendrían a arreglarlo, y en los tres días que estuvimos nunca sucedió.

Al llegar a nuestra habitación estaba el sofá cama con la cama desplegada, como no quisieron recogerla nos cambiaron a una habitación peor. El sistema de apertura de la puerta con tarjeta no funcionaba bien, tardábamos en poder abrir. No había agua caliente en la ducha por la tarde noche. Partes de la habitación estaban viejas y deterioradas. El aseo de la piscina era para hombres y mujeres, y no sé podía cerrar la puerta. El desayuno estaba bien , lo mismo que la piscina y el jardín.

Aunque las habitaciones son muy grandes y limpias, la probabilidad de que te toque una boda, un cumpleaños o cualquier celebración es grande y los alojados en el hotel pasan a segundo plano. La comida no es muy buena en relación con el precio. Por las noches hay mucho ruido, nos toco una habitación donde se oía una máquina que no nos dejaba dormir. Por el día se oyen los disparos del campo de tiro que hay cerca. El personal muy amable.
