We checked in on Dec 23, 2023 Saturday.
The electricity went out for 3 days straight specifically in this hotel.
While the power was out, it was freezing at night because we couldn’t turn on the heater. There was no way to take a shower with warm water & we had a 3 year old who was due for a bath. The ongoing darkness caused us to slip many times through the night. We were unable to charge our phones therefore no way to reschedule or cancel reservations we had due the following day. If it weren’t for the fact that we checked out as early as 8am we could out of your hotel (with very little battery life we had on our phone)
Aside from the power going out, the toilet would not stop clogging & the maintenance showed up to our room 4 hours after our complaint.
It was an extremely unpleasant experience.
All other hotels regained power throughout the weekend except yours. I also have photo & video evidence with the dates attached of the electrical company Edison still working on the transformer all the way until the morning of Dec 25.
I was promised a full refund of $582.62 before my departure on the night of Dec. 25. I gave your staff some grace because their computer was out.
Two weeks later, I was still charged $301.39 for your hotel room that had zero power for half a day & an entire night. I am entitled to a full refund of my “stay” at your hotel. If I do not receive my full refund I will have to take this issue to social media & leave a negative review of your hotel.
