酒店周圍有便利店和餐館，還算比較方便。就是熱水比較不好用。其他還行

위치가 외진 것 말고 다 좋습니다. 아침도 좋고. 주변에 식당도 있어 저녁 먹을 곳도 있고 쇼핑몰이 아주가까워요

Waren met een stichting voor mensen met een beperking alles was top maar alleen het ontbijt was koud en de borden Waren vies... en bij de badkamer de wasbak liep niet goed door misschien kunnen jullie er wat aan doen

Zeer teleurstellend leek wel of er geen schoonmaak meer gedaan wordt. Gang waar onze kamer aan lag lagen allemaal borden strijkplank en zelfs een scheermesje!!! op de grond en ja ook zelfs nog de volgende ochtend. In de kamer zelf geen koffie of thee mogelijkheden slecht schoongemaakt helaas. Deze vakantie al vaker gebruik gemaakt van Novotel en zijn gelukkig over de andere heel tevreden maar dit hotel is echt Novotel onwaardig heel slecht.

I was here for one night only. The hotel has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Good rooms, neat and clean. complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. There was not much time to interact with the staff but the staff looked ok.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The whole place is dirty and tired. The bathroom was not clean, there were blood stains on the pillow and dirty marks on the sofa. The fire alarm went off on two nights out of our three night stay, both times at 1am. There was a power cut that was restored at 3am, which then woke everyone up again. The staff were rude and obnoxious and deliberately misleading in terms of bar prices. Three of our group were charged three different prices for the same bottle of wine. (Which was not on the menu and had be be brought out from the staff room) Some bar staff would take cash and others wouldn’t and one bar man went around knocking on doors after midnight demanding payment for bar tabs that had never existed. We can only imagine that they wanted to be able to put visa receipts in the till and pocket the cash themselves. When one of our group complained to bar staff, the employee looked over his shoulders to check that no other staff could hear and told him “you need to be very careful here” clearly a threat. Novotel should really investigate this hotel. It is unsafe, dirty and the staff and clearly cheating customers and the company. Be careful and avoid!

A hotel of a disrespectful level to host people! I arrived with a group, the elevators did not work, the rooms on the 5th floor are on a level that does not respect a hostel - old, no fans, old and moldy shower, broken/disintegrating shower head, very weak water flow, clogging in sinks, corridor with old and not clean carpet. In some rooms the air conditioning did not work. Breakfast is served in a dining room for groups in an unpleasant way - the room is not ventilated, not air-conditioned, served in a way that does not respect a hotel. All the rooms on the side facing the pool are full of mosquitoes! The hotel staff is very nice and helpful but cannot help in solving problems. The hotel needs a very serious refresh and renovation!! I will not go there again!
