Cordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group

That was a nice stay, thank you Cordis Spa is closing doors at 9pm so you need to go earlier

Wasn’t as great as our previous visits unfortunately, majority of the staff were amazing, one lady at the counter said we couldn’t buy club lounge access and it’s not available but didn’t give us a reason why although rooms were available which included the club lounge so it can’t have been closed? Ordered a birthday cake weeks before and on the day the birthday man had to collect his own cake from reception which ruined the surprise. Buffet breakfast and dinner was nice as usual and the room was clean. Complimentary treat was in our room on the first day which was a nice touch and the free mini bar

Beautiful view and room. Will be staying here next time i come back again

Service is excellent! I absolutely love the idea of shuttle bus service as it is slightly away from the central area. The front desk arranged my luggage to be placed in the room upon my arrival. The room itself is clean and tidy. They play harp, and give away free cotton candy in the afternoon. I made two seperate bookings and enjoyed both room style.

Beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be back again.

The Cordis is showing it’s age and in need of a renovation and some TLC. I would say it is more of a 4 star property with insufficient staff to cope with the volume of guests, lifts broken and old musty smells. I personally would stay at a new property like JW Marriott.

Had a really nice stay at Cordis. The bed was super comfy — one of those where you fall asleep instantly and wake up well-rested. The pool was on the smaller side, but still a pleasant spot to relax for a quick dip. The buffet was definitely a highlight with a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, with a comfortable room and great service. Would happily come back.

Cordis hotel is very convenient for a city break tour in Auckland. I will come again, whether transiting via Auckland just like this time to Tahiti, or spending my holiday here in New Zealand!

Best hotel experience ever. Everything is nice, clean, well equipped. Staff even gave me advice on how to get to the airport. Have free shuttle to city centre near the harbour. Really enjoyed food and drinks in the club lounge a lot. Breakfast was nice too, with a great variety.
