Wij hebben twee dagen gebruik gemaakt van een appartement van Quest on Eden in het centrum van Auckland. Dat is goed bevallen. Het appartement was goed toegerust met een ingerichte keuken en een was- en droogmachine. Personeel is vriendelijk en servicegericht. We konden tot 12.00 in het appartement blijven in afwachting van onze taxi naar het vliegveld. Enige minpuntje is dat er geen airco is en het in de zomer warm kan worden in het appartement. Wat ons betreft een aantrekkelijk adres om te overnachten in Auckland.

we have stayed at the quest on Eden a number of times when visitng Auckland,love the place and usually the staff. Last time they said "next time book by phone,it will be cheaper" Rang to book and was told it was $10 dearer to book over the phone,when I said cheaper to book online the lady responded rather snarkily "Well then if it is cheaper to book online,book online".. So I booked at another hotel. Not happy

Wanted a property within east walking distance to Spark Arena and this was perfect. Rooms well appointed. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
There is no aircon in these rooms.

Good for family group stay. We had 2 separate rooms. Full kitchen and lounge area. Plenty of seating. Clean and tidy.

BEWARE !!!! It started off reasonable nice, then the staff forgot to tell me how to get after hours access to the hotel after 11pm ! I ended up staying up for hours until I could get hold of a remote custodian and even then the instructions were very unclear . I protested the following day and was given a night in leu . Also to note the rooms ranch slider was permanently locked due to some maintenance which was a fire hazard ! But Here’s the real kicker; I’ve just been told by my Accountant they charged my Credit Card over $1000 for alleged damages !!! This is totally absurd and basically a total SCAM ! The management have been uncooperative and said they can’t reveal names of people responsible for “Privacy” reasons. I am utterly appalled by their lack of accountability and integrity! It’s basically criminal ! Unless my money is refunded in full and the management take responsibility I will endeavour to inform unwitting patrons of the hotels shady antics.

Steve White was very warm and welcoming, he made you feel like you where actually living there. Excellent man. Hence the reason I would chose to stay there again. Up the Wahs

Completely unacceptable service levels. I always need to book a self catering place because I have such limited dietary options. The induction cooktop didn’t work. No instructions. No staff assistance. “Someone will help you tomorrow”
