My stay the Pullman was very nice. The staff were very helpful during my stay. The room was very cozy and the bed and linens were very comfortable. I would def stay here again on my next trip

Excellent serve, facilities, and food. Staff is accommodating and kind, and everything about the experience was really top notch. The location was really convenient for where I needed to be as well.

四時許辨理入住大排長籠，問一位女職員可否辨入住，唯她答說她只是見習生，所以幫不了。只有繼續的等。感覺服務質數下滑，房間是比較舊式，雖然巳改装了。泊車是60元一晚，雅高會員平10元。一晚按金50元。
今次住的316房是多年來住最差的一個房間，小，牆上的床頭燈是壞的，右邊的簡直是一個洞連USB也不能插。左邊牆上床頭上的USB可以插但無電源，燈也著不了等於形同虚設，怪不得有盞床頭燈。
早餐食物看上去跟以前差不多，但食落發現煮得不好，煙肉煎太硬簡直不能吃。腸仔是用水烚的無煎過。其他一般般，可以自己DIY營養麥會好吃些。以前有幾種細細杯好吃的酸乳酪加果漿都沒有了。咖啡機出的拿鐵就認真不好喝，還好有自己榨蔬果汁的角落可以DIY，但没有水杯，排完隊一輪搾了汁大家又要四週找杯子。
這個房價，這個檔次，這個食物，下次大慨也不會再過來住了。

前台小姐姐非常友善，見面就打招呼，還幫我們寄存了行李，非常好的體驗。酒店在市中心，旁邊就是奧克蘭大學和一個公園，地理位置優越。房間設備也齊備，衞生乾淨整潔，網速也可以。滿意

還是謹慎選擇這家吧。第一天早餐時看見收餐員工一邊幹活，一邊直接上手吃三文魚。不知是不是他們對員工管理要求低，吃完早餐半小時我就拉肚子了，接下來一天在外面逛着都不舒服。第二天換房後房間主燈不亮，門也很重每次開門費勁，每次staff來敲門都很重很急，感覺在澳洲和國內從沒發生過，真的是絕了。

地理環境優越、位於市中心，出行方便。早餐環境好，食品種類豐富，房間配置齊全。健身房、泳池住客免費。服務人員禮貌温馨。

酒店規模較大，房間衞生整潔，淋浴水很大，能看到遠處的大海，雖語言不通但服務很耐心，位置離奧克蘭大學比較近
