Terrible la atención. Creo que para servicio de Restaurante no están preparados ni capacitados. Nos tomaron la orden 20min después de que nos sentamos y eso porque me levante a decir que estábamos listos. la señorita de recepción del hotel fue quien tomó la orden. Mis hijos pidieron pan que nunca llegó, al igual que las bebidas. 50min después fui a preguntar por nuestros alimentos y cuál fue la sorpresa que no no sabían nada...Obviamente nos fuimos de ese lugar que NO SABEN DAR SERVICIO DE RESTAURANTE. Cuidado!!! Y no tenían muchos comensales como para que fuese esa la excusa, eran 3 mesas y nosotros. JAMÁS REGRESARÍA..

El hotel no está mal, es limpio y cómodo pero me pareció un abuso que me hayan cobrado $400 por haber perdido la llave. En la mayoría de los hoteles ya ni las piden de vuelta, lastima que nos vayamos con una mala impresión.

Lastima de lugar, la comida ESPANTOSA ! Muy tarde nos dicen que el chef” no estaba” no pidan literalmente nada. Me siento muy molesta porque además nos cobraron hasta el aire que respiramos aunque dejamos TODO lo que sirvieron. Espero les aprovechen los 1700 pesos porque jamás volveremos! Vayan al MEDITERRANEO que está a la entrada del callejón! Ese si vale la pena!!!
