The facility was outstanding! Such a beautiful hacienda. We came across one difficulty. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, they informed us it was reservation only and that they needed 3 hour to light it up??? I have never come across this. So we reserved it and when we went it was cold, they informed us that the could not find the person to start it so it was still pre heating that the would call the room once it was ready, they never called. However, I would totally recommend this hotel, great getaway for couples.

Es una experiencia única, los cuartos son realmente hermosos, por la noche la hacienda luce majestuosa, la comida y el servicio del restaurante es 10/10, sin duda volveré.
