Disgusting isn’t even a word I would use, dried blood on the floor gum on the carpet in the room and no help what so ever from customer service.

This is  absolutely misleading it’s not $38 it’s double that with the taxes and the resorts fees. Total cost is $77 with this crappy hotel. It’s not worth. The resorts fees are a scam, none of the pools open and the free Wi-Fi service is a joke. It disconnected you and when you try to reconnect, it says you have to pay for it because you have reached the free 2 devices limit. The hotel is dirty, dusty and smells like someone just smoked in it. The bed sheets are old with holes on it on both bed sheets. It’s  terrible stay and I do not recommend this hotel even if its for free.

I only stood for one night, because I was there for a social gathering and didn’t really get a chance to sleep in the room, but there was shaved hair in the shower, I had no garbage can, the sheets had some spots on them, also the chair that was big enough to be a bed by the window, had some wet looking stains on them.

The stay was great it had a lot to offer then I was going to in Expected. It was a mix Crowd Of guests of old & young great Vibes

Was trying to figure out why they charging for everything. Rooms was spacious not to much noise was excellent stay for men

It was the worst! My reservation is pretty clear. Bayview with king sized bed and a bath tub but they placed me on a waterfront view without the tub. We requested for transfer and they had us wait on the line from couple vips and ended up being transferred to a bayview with 2 queen-sized bed 🤦♀️ we requested for transfer again and waited for another 15mins and transferred to the right room BUT, King sized bed frame with a queen sized bed? 🤷♀️ We are already so tired and so we just didn’t care anymore. Customer service is far from being good, just being honest.
