Nice property, great staff a few things noted for improvement:
-Left Elevator making a lot of noise (creaking sound) and is slightly unsettling. Interior of both elevators banged up could use attention
-Bed super comfortable but not extremely sturdy (noisy) LOL
Other than that a good value and you cannot beat the location.

Hotel rooms are like new. Location is great. Bed could be more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stay here often because of family nearby. I particularly want to point out Chantis(spelling), who works the overnight shift who was a big help at Xmas as we had to sort out 4 separate reservations. Our 6 day stay was most pleasant.

My experience at the hotel was Overall Good. First room we got, the AC didnt work and we moved before unpacking.
Its a policy that room cleaning has to be requested. Thats what dropped it to a 4 star for me. The employees arent entirely happy there. While I understand work drama exist everywhere. I don’t want to hear about it on my vacation. And much less be affected by it. When I requested service, a woman was servicing another room on my floor. However since it wasn’t her side, I only received towels not service.
