Overall the trip was great. Upon arrival, we checked in and our room was assigned. Parking was added. Once we made it upstairs to what we thought was our room, we entered. Upon entering the room we noticed there were bags in the room as if someone were staying in that room. We ended up going back to the check in desk and the lady that checked me in was nowhere to be found. We weren’t gone for 10 minutes. Another lady changed our room but did not add our parking which resulted in us not being to get out pf the parking and deck and being told we never checked in, even though we had already been assigned 2 rooms. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and I hope to continue with less issues like this. We also had an extremely long wait for the elevator as one or two of them from the parking deck to the lobby were not in service at the time. There was no signage posted about the elevators.

Very friendly staff, check-in/out super smooth. The room was comfortable but super noisy : it faces one of the main “interstate?” or Atlanta ring and noise insulation is very poor. One would expect better for such hotel. Location is great… building quality should be better.

Great location and friendly staff. Everything was great except the room got very stuffy at night. Could desperately use a humidifier.

Hotel representative referred us to a nearby restaurant for delivery (Metro Diner) and we never received our food, we were left with an $82 bill for food we never received & the hotel could only apologize. Hotel parking is hectic, parking availability is limited. Hotel room should’ve came with a microwave.

Overall, this hotel met my expectation. The only exception is the AC. It worked well at the very beginning, however, once the fan speed was set to low, the engine suddenly became quite noisy.
