Attalos Hotel

Het hotel beschikt over een uitstekende locatie, op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het metrostation en ongeveer 3 minuten van het Monastiraki-plein. Het personeel is behulpzaam en de kamer, hoewel ruim, heeft een knus bad. Hoewel de kamer schoon is, is er ruimte voor verbetering van de algehele servicekwaliteit. Ik beveel dit hotel aan en zou er weer verblijven.

Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie, met alle bezienswaardigheden binnen 20 minuten lopen.Op het dakterras van het hotel kunt u de zonsondergang en zonsopgang van de oude stad Athene vastleggen. Bars, restaurants en supermarkten zijn allemaal in de buurt. Het is ook erg handig om de metro en de luchthavenbus van het hotel naar de luchthaven te nemen. Het personeel van de receptie van het hotel is ook erg behulpzaam en de openbare ruimtes en kamers van het hotel zijn zeer schoon. Het ontbijt was behoorlijk bevredigend, met een verscheidenheid aan koffie, fruit en gebak die in principe aan je behoeften voldeden.

Het is een B&B. De ligging is heel goed, maar heeft verder geen voordelen. Het is superklein. De kamer is klein en de badkamer nog kleiner, dus ik kan me helemaal niet omdraaien. We hadden voor drie dagen geboekt, maar er werd maar voor één dag mineraalwater verstrekt 😂 Hoe dan ook, het is gewoon een goede locatie, denk aan niets anders.

De hotelfaciliteiten zijn een beetje oud, maar de locatie is goed. Monastiraki ligt vlakbij en er zullen 's nachts meer mensen aanwezig zijn. Er waren twee mannen van middelbare leeftijd bij de receptie van het hotel die erg enthousiast waren en ons een kaart van Athene gaven enz. Ze voldeden ook tijdig aan mijn verzoek nadat ik van kamer wilde veranderen. Je kunt ongedwongen naar de bar op de bovenste verdieping gaan, zonder geld uit te geven, en je kunt direct de Akropolis zien.

This was a great stay for us and our family. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular sights and eateries in Athens and most were within a 10-20 minute walk. The nearby Monastiraki metro station made it easy to get to and from the airport as well. The rooms are nicely appointed with a couple of chairs, work station, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge and TV. The beds were small but comfy enough. Our family had a 2 and 3 bed rooms and we found the 2 bed room was a lot more spacious. The bathrooms in both were small but we appreciated that the hot water came on quickly and there was a small window for ventilation. Our room was quiet at night but our family noted street noise on the lower floors. The elevators were often tricky to catch as they are small but we appreciated it when we didn't feel like the climb to the sixth floor. The amenities at the hotel were good for the price. The roof top patio and bar area was a highlight and we enjoyed a couple of afternoons up here watching the sun set and the lights turn on at the Acropolis. The prices of the bar were inexpensive and they had a good variety of options. There was a sitting room that had tea and coffee midday and they kept it open in the evening so we were able to sit together and talk. They had laundry service, baggage storage and could help arrange tours or car hires as well at the front desk with their friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast at this hotel was very good for the price. They had something for everyone and lots of place to sit. Highlights for us were the Greek yoghurt and the spinach and feta stuffed pastries. They also had mini sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, breads, baklava, croissants, dried fruits, fresh fruits, juices and a coffee machine. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel provided a good base for exploring and was centrally located. We would say if you're looking to save money and have a good breakfast to start your day in Athens this hotel is a good choice.

Location is unbeatable. The rooftop bar is already worth what you paid for. Surprisingly the rooftop bar wasn’t busy, made it feel like a VIP rooftop bar. Breakfast is also great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities and rooms are a bit old. Room layout makes it feel a bit small. It wasn’t an issue though, for what you’re paying you get great views and excellent location.

We are having a good time while staying at Attalos Hotel. The room is suitable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) with delicious breakfast (not so much of variation but still great). The cleanliness is great. Staff also very helpful (ariving late). The customer service also patiently attending to all my emails from the moment the booking been place. The location was the best part. 5 minutes walk to the bustling Monastiraki Square, closes to Ermou Street too. Easily accessible via bus or taxi. Overall, it's a great stay especially with kids.

트립닷컴을 통해 환불불가 요금으로 선결제를 완료했으나 체크아웃시 총 숙박요금을 청구해서 당황스러웠네요. 그외로는 위치도 좋았고 외관은 오래되었어도 내부는 나름 깔끔해서 괜찮았어요. 루프탑 음료도 저렴했구요. 전반적으로 만족합디다.
