No air-condition No good service not have respect

這是我住過最差的的酒店沒有之一，酒店位置處於***與***交接處，我申請扣除五天房費退剩餘部分被店家拒絕，收了的錢不會退，酒店內部設施老舊，中央空調有異味到處是灰塵，一家三口運營酒店，根本沒有服務可言，早餐八歐元出門500米就有麪包店比酒店早餐便宜種類還多，出門需要把房間鑰匙留在前台，非常不安全，我曾親眼目睹一場劫案就在兩條街以外，酒店周邊能看見細的針管，我與一位中國人交談，店家把我堵在樓下，店家聽不懂中文就説我跟其他人説酒店壞話，並威脅我你錢已經交了要把我還有行李從酒店扔出來，禁止我與其他人交談，讓我呆在自己的房間不許出來，我是來旅遊的不是來坐牢的，直接放棄了剩下的14晚，朋友們出門在外要多加小心，千萬別訂這家酒店，為了自己的安全。

環境還好，服務一半，但性價比高，可以接受

Gruwelijk. Vervallen kamers, met lampen die het niet doen. TV-scherm bevestigd aan het buitenframe met plakband. Badkuip die water lekt uit de basis en de vloer onder water zet. Met het badkamergordijn kun je een paddenstoelenrisotto maken.De airconditioning stoot geen lucht uit, maar een enorm geluid dat door een gat in de muur naar buiten komt. Geen zonwering of verduisteringsgordijnen. De afvoer van het bad zat bij aankomst vol met haar van de vorige gast en bleef dat ook bij ons vertrek. Niemand heeft de kamer binnen vijf dagen schoongemaakt (ze hebben alleen het laken opgemaakt). Vreselijk ontbijt (zelfs de koffie is niet drinkbaar, om nog maar te zwijgen van het vruchtensap dat vermoedelijk met poeders is gemaakt), behalve de gaar eieren.

Locatie is goed is het enige positieve, maar er zijn veel andere hotels in de omgeving. De airconditioner werkte helemaal niet, we moesten om 3 uur 's nachts een ventilator inschakelen. De badkamer was verschrikkelijk, het douchegordijn ging niet om de hoek en sproeide overal water. Kamer had geen natuurlijke verlichting. . had ramen die toegang gaven tot een binnenruimte. Het ontbijt bestond uit gekookte eieren, sandwichbrood, geen broodrooster, jam en kaas

Vreselijke ervaring !!!!!! het was een nachtmerrie om in dit hotel te verblijven. De eigenaar was agressief en hij vertelde elke keer slechte woorden. geen schoon hotel. ZEER GEVAARLIJK GEBIED MET ***** BUITEN EN **** *****. Ik kan dit hotel zeker niet aanbevelen. TOTAAL WALGELIJK

This is an old hotel that has not been renovated much. I was in Athens a month ago, but because I am involved in the extension of my stay, they suddenly informed me that I have to come back, so I chose the hotel because it was cheaper. It is acceptable if you are not too strict. It is relatively clean, now the bedding and blanket have a little stain! The ventilation does not work well, but since the weather was pleasant, it did not matter. The closet door was broken and would not close. The safety box was not working properly. The toilet siphon was constantly working and the water was wasted and the sound was annoying. The refrigerator was working properly. Cannery did not have electricity, it had a small balcony with a good view. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but it wasn't. It had a fixed menu but it was acceptable. The reception desk was a fixed desk with a fixed middle aged lady. The doors were opened with a key and a card for electricity. When leaving the hotel, we had to hand it over to the reception. Because they said that customers lose the key. The location of the hotel is excellent. Around the hotel, there are many cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices, one to three minutes away. The lady who is in charge of the reception is a polite middle-aged lady, in any case, it is acceptable in this Hajj.

The property needs to be updated to the 21st century. I didn’t stay, I checked in and within 2 hours I was out. I wasted my money, the pictures are very deceiving.

My stay @ the Rio was very unpleasant. My room had roaches. I called maintenance they came and sprayed twice. I didn't get any rest they found another room for me when it was my last night to stay. I'm so disappointed with the red whole stay. Don't go the Rio 3700 Flamingo Las Vegas, they have a pest problem. I understand it's dry heat and hot weather is but they make to much money not to be able to spray and get rid of bugs.
