The check-in process became a bit unpleasant as their stated policies did not match what was written in our trip.com booking confirmation. This included check-in time and number of guests for the room. We included our children and even had their ages listed in the confirmation. Upon check-in we were told that it was only a room for two adults. We were then instructed to pay extra for one child. Policies should be conveyed clearly when booking so we can know what to expect.
Otherwise, the room had a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the large pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

It’s one of if not the best hotel in Aswan, situated in an exclusive island with an amazing view of the Nile and Nubian village. The staff was super comforting and lovely. There’s a shuttle boat that runs 24 hours to the main center of Aswan. I had an incredible time here. ＜3

Thank you Tisir for helping us survive in Aswan. Amazing hotel with nice pool and good facilities. The breakfast is good. The room is clean and the view is amazing.

The hotel is in an island in the Nile river - there are 2 buildings old and new -The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Great breakfast - polite and courteous staff . Everything is excellent.

環境很好 服務很一般 衹能算四星水平 酒店內小部分基礎員工不懂英語 最大的問題是衞生也太差了 我們住的皇家別墅 露台上的沙發墊上一大堆落葉 灰塵 房間內窗簾上也一大堆灰塵 這是這個價位酒店絕不該出現的問題 還有那個高塔上的行政酒廊 飯後去被告知衹喝酒不吃飯就不能坐窗邊？？客人坐哪兒什麼時候輪得到酒店指示了 太死板了這也
