Замечательный семейный отель в прекрасном тихом месте, бронируйте номер с видом, не пожалеете. Завтрак тоже очень хороший 2 варианта:соленый и сладкий на выбор, до всех достопримечательностей очень близко, сразу как выходишь из отеля попадаешь в старый город и там можно долго блуждать по крутым улочкам, заходя в церкви и соборы. Спасибо владельцам отеля, я очень довольна поездкой в Ассизи!

This 3* hotel is on a fantastic location with super views on Assissi and the hills of Umbria. It is a family runned hotel with lovely gardens and terraces. The roons are small but newly decoated; the balcony fantastic. The breakfast is very good with choice of sweet or salty. Very friendly family who will help you. Private free parking and you can walk into Assisi. Super!

Beautiful hotel with great unique rooms. The staff members were lovely. The salty breakfast was great! Unfortunately we weren't able to see the beautiful views as we were there during quite the rain storm, but the hotel is perched on a hill over the valley so when there are no clouds I am sure the view is amazing.

This hotel is great! It has a great location, being one minute from the bus stop, and is situated on the hillside with a wonderful view. The staff are friendly, helpful, and kind and are enthusiastic in their service. I especially enjoyed the fried eggs for breakfast That are made to order. I chose a room with a balcony view. The view was a bit obstructed by the tree in the courtyard, but it was still nice to have the sun light coming in on cool autumn days. I highly recommend this hotel.

We originally booked another hotel but found out it was booked up a week before departing. Our travel agent booked this one. When I first arrived at hotel I wasn't happy because my 82 year old mother was going to have to walk a lot. After settling in I realized the walk to Saint Francisco was not that bad especially since it's down hill. This hotel has charm and it starts with the nicest family running it. The owner speaks English and will do anything for you and make reservations for restaurants or local recommendations. The views are amazing and as everyone says the best in assisi. The breakfast was very good two options salty which included fried egg and local meat, cheese and breads along with water and coffee or sweet which included baked goods bread yogurt and coffee. Very nice breakfast outside while enjoying the views. Wifi throughout property was very strong Shower was hot, didn't use ac just opened window and it was nice and cool very nice stay and I would go back. There is a lot more I can say, but the bottom line is a very well run hotel with best views thanks for a great 3 nights.

Welcoming family run hotel in the heart of hilltop of Assisi with sweeping views. Marco was welcoming with a suggestion of a charcuterie board after being very tired after 9 hour train ride. Lara has marvellously arranged day excursions. Lovely breakfast.

Incredible place to stay. Absolutely beautiful setting, and perfectly positioned to explore the town. The balcony outside our room had fantastic views, and we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and a small fridge was handy for keeping our bottles of drink cold. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was really lovely, and the views were amazing from the gardens. We were well looked after by our hosts and sad when it was time to leave. We had a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend.
