Room too hot. If window open, noise from road too loud. Shower curtain NEEDS replacement, collapses when using, making it super difficult to shower.

The view from the rooms is breathtaking. The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast on the balcony is lovely and the location is close to everything in Assisi but also quiet.

Horrible customer service and a disaster room. We have the most bad experience in that hotel. The room was super run-down, bathroom was dirty, even the shower curtain was torn and with fungus, one of the bathroom lights was broken. The breakfast buffet was very poor. We ask for another room and the lady in the front desk showed us one that was worse. What we paid was not for the room described in the photographs on the hotel site.

Best part is it’s easy to find driving into the ZTL zone. But that’s a blessing I’m disguise. Turns out the “classic” room at this “panoramic” hotel doesn’t even have a proper window! Mistake perhaps not to spring for a view for another 20 euros. At that point however I was cutting my losses and promising to splurge the next night on a proper hotel. View from breakfast room was best part of sp**** breakfast. No fresh bread. No fruit. Nothing hot except coffee machine. Dingy interior and public areas. Only recommendation for dinner was their own restaurant. No thanks. No basis to compare with other less than 100 euros hotels in Assis. Next time though I will find out or pay extra for proper room.

Cancelled my stay at Hotel Posta Panoramic inside the free cancelation period as my plans changed. The Hotel proceeded to still charge my credit card for the booking and 'the manager' is never available in the hotel and it is supposedly only him who can process the refund. this still hasn't been resolved 4 weeks later

I stayed 5 nights as part of a retreat in Assisi. Pleasant accommodations with lovely view. Staff very helpful and arranged for a nice birthday cake for one of our participants. Only feedback was bed was a bit hard for my taste but I managed to flourish. 😀
