This hotel was so much better in person than in the photos. It was cozy and warm. Loved the continental breakfast.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Aspen! It’s definitely an older hotel, but the charm is definitely there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The pool was warm and clean.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the continual breakfast. There was plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and bagels.
The location was perfect. You can easily walk to town or to the trail system.

The hotel is one of the cheapest options in Aspen so one should take this into consideration. My room was very outdated and a few things needed repair. The staff was extremely responsive to try to fix these things. The breakfast was an upgraded Continental style and was included in the price. There was also coffee and wine reception provided which was a nice touch, the noise level was pretty high, but luckily everybody went to sleep at a reasonable hour I was by myself, so the room was large enough, but I would question whether more than one person would be comfortable in the room

Well kept property with numerous accommodation options. Staff was very helpful. Good continental breakfast and afternoon snacks. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly but my room needed updated terribly. Room was way too hot . and very dreary and old. Shower was amazing and room was clean. Coffee pot but no coffee or tea so why have it?

While the front office service is excellent, the hotel itself is a bit rundown and has paper thin walls. Conversations from adjacent rooms could be heard very clearly.

Awesome place. Have stayed here many times for Hockey Tournaments. Cozy and right downtown. Great lobby with a fireplace and Piano. And friendly and super helpful staff. Whenever in Aspen, we stay here.
