非常不好。
1. 房間應該是很久沒人住。進去就聞着很潮濕，燈光昏暗，牛奶全過期。我能理解老房子，沒關係，但是衞生不好，牛奶過期，實在接受不了。價格這麼貴。
2. 房間地毯上本就有印記，我們到時就有了，當時就覺得房間衞生不夠好。結果發現退房後2周，我的定金200澳幣被扣，他們非説是我們弄得。他們2個長者住那個房間，不抽煙，不喝酒，不化粧，哪裡能留下印記呢。而且，沒有任何特能通知我們按金被扣了，為什麼被扣，是我自己對賬單，然後打電話問他們才發現的，太不講理了。我現在在找他們解決這個事。但是出去玩一趟，就圖個開心放鬆，誰想回來還這麼多煩人事要解決。很不愉快。
不知道他們用這個舊印記坑了多少人。很氣憤。

Tv unable to get HD channels, this day & age that’s ridiculous, unable to access half free to air channels. Daughter visited for dinner only 2 chairs around table visitors sat on floor

Excellent resort complex, Units are extra large with all the facilities you need, Easy walk to a major shopping centre if you choose to cook for yourself, Cafe's and restaurants at Benowa Shopping centre. Reception staff very helpful. Lovely subtropical gardens and well maintained swimming pools, spa;s and bbq facilities. If you are into golf Royal Pines Golf Course is across the main road. 15 minute drive to Surfers Paradise.

What I did like was the the great attitude of the reception / property managers, They were friendly and very helpful. I only have one name in that regards and that was Lachie, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Royal Woods was a perfect spot if you want to slightly further away from the busy tourist *****. Very clean with full cooking facilities suited our needs really well to relax for a few days whilst travelling up north.

We stayed here in 2018 and then in 2021. We did notice quite a few maintenance issues and updates would be good. but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it’s a great family friendly place that is good for a extended stay. Nice and quiet area .
