We were here for one night in November. We had a queen room without a kitchen. They call themselves a boutique hotel but the room is absolutely nothing special. For the price you pay you can get a much nicer room (the Bard for example) which also includes breakfast. We stay in motels at least 120 nights per year and we would not recommend staying here. On the plus side the office staff is pleasant and the room was clean.

My family and in-laws recently stayed at Palm Cottages in Ashland, and we were thoroughly impressed. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden seating areas, which added a lovely touch to our stay. Plus, the location was perfect.

The website description and gallery photos were well represented and the staff was courteous and professional. Would stay there again!. The gardens are really pretty and it's a good location, about a mile from center of town.............

This is a really charming place. It is quite tastefully decorated with an artistic flair, and there are lots of amenities. The whole staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Palm has a lot more character than the other three or four nearby motels.

The staff is wonderful and so kind The rooms are absolutely adorable and comfortable, I had the best sleep ever! I definitely recommend staying at The Palm and I will be coming back for sure on my next trip through. The setting was so serene and beautiful.

We stayed in a little cottage with a front porch, it was very sweet and cozy. The cottage was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker with coffee from a local coffee company, very nice to relax in the room in the morning with a cup of coffee. The gardens were beautiful, and had many types of flowers! Overall we had a wonderful experience, I will definitely go back soon!

Clean, well put together, and super friendly! I highly suggest this charming hotel. The staff was personable and helpful. The location was great for accessibility to downtown Ashland. There's a sweet cafe nextdoor, too! I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ashland.

Quiet rooms, lovely grounds, friendly and welcoming staff. You can choose the size room and amenities that you want. Convenient walking to at least two coffee/breakfast places. Bedding and towels are luxurious. My room had coffee station. Delicious coffee.
