Red Roof Inn Asheville - Biltmore West

迄今為止住的最差的酒店，設施陳舊，房間陰暗充斥着煙味。設施簡陋，缺失，與描述不符，沒有冰箱。衞生條件堪憂，床品、毛巾很多污漬，馬桶是堵的。前台服務人員態度還好，協助換房，但條件並未改善多少。與之前住過的Red Roof相差甚遠，品牌管理存在很大問題。

Horrible check in experience. Demanded Would not stay here ever again! This place is bad. The check in process was horrible due to a rude yelling man working the counter. He not only demanded to be heard without question, the man threatened to cancel reservation when questions were asked. Demanded invasive personal information. He also commented on my personality in an inappropriate/unprofessional and gross manner. Then we get into the room only to find an unclean gross room. There was pee dried on the toilet seat. The bedside table was sticky. Hair in the bed. We were afraid to use or touch anything. If we weren't just staying one night and had time to find somewhere else to stay, we would have!

We evacuated after 5 minutes. Horrific smell, ceiling paint was peeling, black mold in the shower, dirty sheets. DO NOT GO HERE

The front desk agent charged additional 20$ for the room stating additional 10$ per person even though the room was already booked as or for 4 persons.

The room smelled like smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. There were burn marks on the heater unit. The bathroom had no mirror, there was no mirror anywhere in the room. We didn't need a wheelchair accessible room, but they gave us one, on the 2nd floor, with no elevator? Would not recommend!

Stay away from this hotel!! I was in town visiting a friend for her birthday celebration and booked a night here as this was the hotel my grandparents and I always came to in the 90s and early 2000s. Driving into the parking space to check in, I noticed immediately that a lot of the trees that surrounded the property have been removed. There were also many people loitering around the area. Walking into the check in area, it took the receptionist about 3 minutes to acknowledge my presence after standing there trying to get her attention. Once I got to the room I was assigned, I immediately gagged as I walked in. The smell alone was horrendous and it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room. The room itself was very nasty and in terrible condition. I’ve included all pictures in this review. I went to the desk and requested a different room and was given one. Driving around to the other side of the building to go to that room, the crowd of people in the parking lot ended up getting into a brawl that was getting out of control. I quickly left the property and ended up finding another hotel to stay in without going to the new room I was assigned to as I immediately felt unsafe. The new hotel I stayed at was fantastic and much more clean, safe, and a whole different attitude from the staff I interacted with, and no random people loitering around the parking lot getting into brawls. The deterioration of this Red Roof Inn location saddens me as this place holds many good memories with my grandparents. The whole place needs an overhaul. The conditions there are not worth any amount of money to pay to stay a night. I have no idea what any of the other rooms look like, but if they look like anything like the one I took pictures of, corporate needs to come in and gut this place. Stay away from this place at all costs! There are other nice hotels to stay at in the area.

When I arrived at my room, the sheets were damp, some lightbulbs, the microwave, and the fridge were all missing. In our safe was somebody else’s clothes, and the room was generally dilapidated and dirty. I awoke at 5AM to somebody screaming at the top of their lungs and pounding on doors and walls in the adjacent room. This continued for hours. I decided to check out early and on my way I had to dodge water dripping from the roof, and pee on the ground as I made my way to the front desk. I have no idea how this place has 3.8 stars, this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Looking at other reviews, somebody found a crack pipe in their room and the owner just responded with a generic response with the locations name copy and pasted in all caps, not acknowledging that a literal crack pipe was found in their room. As some other reviews have said, you are safer and better off sleeping in your car.

Place was full of drug ******* and homeless people. Screaming all night and banging on our door. Room was awful and we slept on top of the sheets in our cloths. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning. And on top of that it was even more expensive than any other Red Roof we have stayed. Doesn't matter because this is the last time we stay at Red Roof anywhere. Be Advised
