This is not a hotel. It is a few rooms above a restaurant that are let out. The stairway leading to rooms looked like it hadn't seen a hoover in years and the stairs were very steep. The beds were not made properly and we had no towels in room. The shelf in room was hanging off and you only got 1 pillow per person. After asking twice we did get towels and the girl who ran the bar was nice. The bathroom was decent size and good shower but it wasn't worth the money we were charged.

It is what it says on the tin. Great welcome, perfect place for a cheap stay for a night out at Passion or another event at the Emporium, loads of good tunes in the bar. Stayed with 3 friends in a quad room. Large shower, clean beds. Basic amenities - did the job when just a little stop. 2* accommodation but 5* service

We had a lovely stay here for a family party, the rooms are clean, and the young lady behind the bar couldn't have been more helpful. It's a ten from Len. Really loved the fact that you can have a beer at the bar with such a friendly atmosphere

Perfect place to stay when going to the Emporium for a night out... Cheap and cheerful. We had 4 in a room with two double beds. Nice big shower room and WC. Great staff. 2 * hotel but 5* service x
