The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge ***** with General ***ager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General ***ager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This hotel is highly not recommended at all. They are polite only till they receive money and once they get your money they turn upside down. A con-ning culture is being served to customers right from head of the hotel ( General ***ager) till the bottom-line of the staff. Lucky that I booked it through ******* and somehow I got my refund from these money eaters. Shame on the hotel and the General ***ager.

Very good service and environment.clean room cheapest rate room size is also good parking facility staff Rohit nature good all staff is good specially hotel is main highway so I don't have any prblm to search at night. Must visit.

Staying so ***y days here the service of this hotel is excellent and house keeping is also excellent ther receptionist Mr Rohit and coordinate partner they are so polite and their behaviour is also good......

Staying day is very nice 🙂🙂... house keeping is very good.. Morning music melodies.. Reception personal Mr. Rohit behaviour fantastic... hotel located little far from Asansol station..but its not problem.

We had stayed at Citi Residenci, on the 17th, 18th and 19th of Feb in Asansol for my sister’s wedding. It was a comfortable stay, thanks to the efforts of Debashish and his team. They took care of all the preparations quite efficiently. The food was sumptuous, and the hotel complex is super clean, and the team had taken care of the hygiene and cleanliness, right from day one. It’s a must recommend if you’re travelling to this region. Hats off to the team for making our stay and the wedding a memorable one!
