Club Esse Cala Bitta

Ik was de laatste week van juli met mijn gezin te gast bij deze club en we waren tevreden. We waren vorig jaar al gekomen en gezien de uitstekende ligging aan de Costa Smeralda en de goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding besloten we terug te keren. Uitstekende accommodatie in een superior kamer in de citroentuin, rustig en met een groene omgeving met uitzicht op de goed onderhouden kamer. Het horecagedeelte is zowel qua variatie als kwaliteit goed. De animatiejongens en het dorpshoofd waren erg goed, ze waren allemaal erg aanhankelijk zonder opdringerig te zijn, ze waren ook erg professioneel in de avondshows. Helaas wordt het strand, hoewel goed verzorgd, bestraft door de nabijgelegen jachthaven die, door de baai te sluiten, onvoldoende vervanging van het zeewater toelaat.

De familie Santoni bedankt de Cala Bitta-structuur voor de heerlijke vakantie die net is afgelopen. . prachtige superior kamers altijd schoon en geurig. Vriendelijk personeel van de receptie altijd glimlachend en aanwezig voor elk klein probleem. Het perfecte restaurant, Sergio-restaurant, uitstekend personeel, erg aardig, snel, uitstekende gerechten ... heel goed de pizzachef 👏 eindelijk maar niet in de laatste plaats dankzij Mulas, voor het advies over excursies en aan de directeur van Cala Bitta ... uitzonderlijk persoon ... we komen zeker terug!!! The air-conditioner didn't work properly, I reported it to a manager of the hotel, he sent someone the next day to check, he said everything was fine and working properly. I stayed in other branch of club esse in stintino which the air-condition was very cold. So for me wasn't working at all, it was pumping warm air without cooling. Also I didn't like the club esse card to pay the drinks. I was asked to pay a deposit for €5 which they gave me back in the end of stay. I credited the card €20. At the end of my stay there was €2 left on the card. Even though it was only 2 euros, I asked to be refunded, they told me that couldn't be refunded because I used a debit card, which i wasn't told when I got the card. So if I had €30 or 50 left on my club esse card? I couldn't be refunded?! And waste my money because we can't pay drinks with cash or card? This is really unfair! and how to steal money to people's!

We spent 3 night at the hotel and to be honest it wasn’t so good, the price is kind of expensive for nothing. Even an Aron the hotel didn’t have to lend to me. The hostel has focus in family with kids so make sure you know that before you make your reservation. The breakfast was kind of good.

The place and management service let's the rest of the Club Esse organisation down severely!! We have experienced apar**ents had no hot water and were forced to have cold showers, the espresso machine in the outdated bar was broken and neither repaired or replaced so we weren't at all shocked at all the italians complaining! The photos on their website are not true to reality as they are taken from the opposite side of their little beach. The sea is not as clean and clear as pictured, in fact there are no photos of the mini port they have which contaminate the water, why is this hidden? We were welcomed by dog poo in various ares which isn't cleaned up, hence dries and remains for days. Infact we even found it outside our apar**ent door!! Nobody observes rules, as no one imposes them, hence fire escapes are being used as main entrances which are stopping air-conditioning working properly. The only positive side is a wonderful room maid called Carmen who did a fantastic job and the food was wonderful. The entertainment team were great but need to be trained on how to deal with bullies, yes there was bullying amongst some teenagers, but it was just ignored as some were favoured, which we found very disturbing. I think the way this resort is run needs to be really looked at IN DEPTH and at all angles! They risk losing many clients and the organisation will get a bad reputation! The worse part is that when we complained, their customer service manners were shocking and rude. I would recommend not booking this place.

Partiamo dal principio...varcando l'ingresso principale sulle scale troviamo escrementi di uccelli (può essere una cosa "naturale) ma se per tutta la settimana resta lì c'è qualcosa che non va. Entri e ti trovi in una reception di almeno 30 anni fa, tutto molto old, infissi in legno quasi in decomposizione. Andiamo in camera e invece sembra un'oasi nel deserto. Nuova e immensa, era una quintupla con un bel bagno, comoda e con un bel giardino coi divanetti e stendipanni, peccato però che nei giorni a seguire ci hanno mostrato come non sappiano pulire per niente, credo rifacessero solo i letti e cambio asciugamani. Alla fine della settimana c'erano i gomitoli di polvere che sono venuti a togliere solo dopo la terza segnalazione. Ci sono capitati anche degli asciugamani macchiati,purtroppo. Colazione molto variegata, veramente un bel buffet, peccato per le mosche che assaltavano le torte. La spiaggia si trova in un porticciolo quindi non è tra le più belle della Sardegna, ma la struttura mette a disposizione una navetta per due spiagge vicine. Gli animatori (per quel poco che siamo stati in struttura) sono molto dolci e disponibili. Se non fosse per la pulizia "zero" ci ritornerei perché è anche in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge, Peccato!

Bella struttura in corso di ammodernamento, gli spazi ristrutturati sono molto belli, gli altri lo diventeranno ma per il momento risultano attempati, bella la piscina peccato l’acqua salata poco confortevole. La posizione è strategica per visitare la Costa Smeralda solo che non è facilissimo parcheggiare e la spiaggia della struttura è pessima. La cucina è abbastanza buona eccellente la pizza espressa al forno a legna. Carini e ben fatti gli spettacoli dell’animazione.

Acquisto con tranello. Classica struttura che fa vedere in foto le camere ristrutturate e poi ti ritrovi fuori dall’hotel in un residence malconcio da una stella. La camera si presenta malissimo, arredata peggio, le tende di lana (o similari) che al tatto ti punge. Il bagno anni 70 e la hall senza aria condizionata. Un’esperienza da cancellare non degna del posto super chic che si trova. Al mio arrivo (40 gradi di sera) ho chiesto alla reception se ci fosse dell’acqua in camera e mi hanno risposto si. Ovviamente il frigo era vuoto! Ps la spiaggia è esattamente accanto al porticciolo

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questa struttura. Ottima accoglienza alla reception con un piccolo dono per la bimba. Up-grade della camera che abbiamo apprezzato. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Bagno grande. La camera è dotata di piccolo terrazzo,zona dove poter ammirare uno splendido tramonto. Ottima la.cena e la colazione. Unica piccola pecca la.spiaghia che si trova nel contesto di un porticciolo turistico. Ottima struttura per visitare il nord della Sardegna.
