Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasent. The accomodation is very clean and everything was good. The hotel employees are quite friendly and helpful.
We really can recommend this accomodation to you, if you are interested in a stay in Mardin.

The people working at the AZD are great and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable enough for the price, and the location is decent considering it's outside the old city. The old city is an easy taxi ride away. The tough part was that our wifi didn't work in the room, and it was never resolved. I hoped to catch up on work, but had to work from the lobby, the restaurant, and the nearby mall. This was not ideal. Overall it was a fine stay.

Kendi klasmanı içinde son zamanlarda konakladığım en iyi otellerden biriydi. Personel hemen hemen her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Otelin bulunduğu konum da oldukça iyi. Alışveriş noktalarının çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde. Konumun tek dezavantajı, eski kent merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olmaması. Eski kente gi**ek için araç kullanmak ya da toplu taşımayı tercih e**ek gerekiyor.

Great hotel with helpful staff, nice interior and good breakfast. Our room was very well equipped - good AC, large bed, big fridge, sofa, tables, etc.
The only issue is the WiFi - practically unusable, had to use mobile data for the whole stay.
