This is a nice hotel in a great location with great reasonably priced food. But having stayed 11 months ago I’d say service levels have slipped and the overall feel is less of a luxury experience than before which is a shame given the quality of the property and setting

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service is just amazing, they are extremely thoughtful and proactive. Food is delicious. Room is clean and beautiful. Beachfront is unbelievably gorgeous. I'll be back for sure.

O Hotel precisa investir mais em treinamento de pessoal , os funcionários te veem em dificuldades com algo e não vem atender , vc tem que pedir e ainda vem de má vontade , funcionários q atendem na praia , piscina .

Hotel excelente. Todos os funcionários foram educados e prestativos. Acomodação confortável com roupas de cama e banho novas. Café da manhã completo, comida com varias opções e bem feita. Ambiente da piscina agradável e muito limpo. Vale muito o custo beneficio. Parabéns para toda a equipe

Tudo muito bom e hotel muito bonito. As únicas observações seriam a limpeza das mesas do café da manhã que demoravam um pouco e a brinquedoteca que poderia melhorar.

Experiência horrível. Desde a reserva até as condições do hotel. Nossas tomadas dos quartos não funcionavam, NÃO TINHA ÁGUA no bloco do quarto. Tive que atravessar o hotel inteiro pra conseguir tomar um banho em uma academia. Absurdo total. Café da manhã beeem ok. Não condiz com o preço que cobram. Pelo preço deveriam ter pelo menos energia nas tomadas, água e um café da manhã melhor. Não indico!!

Lugar incrível, funcionários atenciosos, serviço impecável, opções de bebidas e alimentação ótimos.
Ponto positivo pra quem gosta de jogar tênis… o hotel possui duas quadras de saibro à beira mar, perfeitas!!
O mar na frente é excelente e toda a infraestrutura do hotel é de alto padrão.
