Isa Victory Hotel Boutique

Such a wonderful place! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is perfect, right next to the mall with plenty of great options nearby.

Clean room, near a lot of eating spots, right in the middle of the city

Everything was great very friendly staff excellent location

Very pleasant hotel in the middle of a nice area to walk around, with a mall and cinemas in the same sidewalk next to the hotel. It is in a principal street and you don’t have any problems with transportation. The hotel has a very reliable taxi person for your tours or airport ride (his name is Oscar, he’s a great tour guide). The rooms have enough space to be comfortable and a nice closet. The air conditioning works perfectly, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good ( from 6 to 10 am, but make sure to be there at maximum 9am to be sure they can serve you the full breakfast because it isn’t buffet style. You have to order), I strongly recommend this hotel, the front desk, Viviana and Tatiana do a very good job.

Overall the staff was very kind and helpful - special shoutout to Ivan who always made the day feel special. The location of the hotel has pros and cons: pros being the location itself, cons being the amount of noise around the property. One big complaint I have is the fact that our room’s shower door did not close properly resulting in our bathroom being flooded every time we showered. We raised this concern with the front desk but never got a resolution.

Great staff, very helpful, efficient and nice.
