Have to agree with the previous comments, the place is a complete shambles, dirty pool, dirty common areas, unemptied ashtrays, food was served in unsanitary ways. Very careless staff, receptionist was often not present and smoking instead. All complaints were ignored. The place is very run down for any standard. Needs a new management and a revamp! Shame!

Legal action it's already open against this place I visit Rio de Janeiro and around is last 2 weeks I know Brasil very well; I have never been to a place like that before, I have requested a refund, and I have refused to stay in that place, and the reception don't give X for my request, the owner of that place must be the most smart businessman every I have open legal against again facts about the place I have provided pictures film every this to be able to get my refund back, I open 2 other legal actions on visa and *********** to request the refund of that place Please check pictures

Great views and the staff was amazing. It was also a short 20 minute walk into the center of town, so the location was great. You should definitely wake up early to see the sunrise, it’s was heavenly!

Excelente atención de Gonzalo y Maxi Fabiano un genio para todas las escapadas esta atento en cada detalle El mozo y el chef ungenio en la cocina Es un lugar para recomendar Las habitaciones.muy amplias y muy limpias El paisaje es muy muy lindo y la playa una de las mejores..

Excelente servicio! Llegamos y nos atendieron Gonza y Maxi, súper atentos, no tuvieron problema en responder todas las dudas que teníamos o que iban surgiendo! Les recomiendo venir que si están ellos sin duda los van a atender excelente! Muchas gracias! Esperamos volver pronto!!

Muy buena atención de todo el personal,especialmente de Gonzalo y Maximiliano, muy predispuestos, atentos a las necesidades nuestras.(Fabiano). Una vista al mar hermosa. Hermosa playa. Desayuno muy completo y almuerzo/cena, espectacular y muy bien atendidos.

Buena ubicación, la mejor atención de la gente de recepción y habitación acorde. Las instalaciones de playa son divinas. Tiene transporte gratuito todos los días al centro a la hora de la cena. Y 3 veces x semana a playas turísticas. Muy recomendable. Averiguar si m hay alguna fiesta en el complejo en los días de vacaciones
